Extremely appreciative of the vets to nurses professionlism,being going above and beyond. The call handlers / reception aren't so pleasant or understanding.

Excellent treatment. A kind and caring vet looked after Luna. She made sure I understood what was wrong and how the meds we were given were to be used. A very nice surgery with kind and caring people.

Had my first experience with Garstons today and it was lovely! Melvin was in for his first set of vaccinations and the team made me and Melvin feel at ease. The receptionist was lovely and even came over to greet Melvin and was filled with lovely compliments even though he was very chatty! The nurse was fantastic, ensuring all information she gave me was well explained and interacting with Melvin whilst we spoke. The vet that jabbed Melvin was also fantastic, very friendly and easy to talk to. Fabulous and friendly team. Very happy with my decision to register Melvin here! Thank you!

Our dog was involved on an accident. I rushed to the vet, and was met with an urgent, caring response . The poor animal was seen within minutes, and was treated immediately, while the reception staff dealt with a distraught owner. Thankfully our dog is well on the road to recovery. A huge thank you to the team in Westbury.
