Garston Vets - Warminster

Very caring and efficient when I took my dog Barney in. He was given a thorough examination and left a urine sample, mostly over the vets sleeve! Results were phoned through latter that afternoon and antibiotics prescribed. First class treatment from Charles and all the staff, thanks.

I would highly recommend the vets in Warminster. The level of compassion, professionalism and dedication they have is outstanding. Unfortunately, my cat died recently and they were there to help. I received a lovely handwritten letter but also a letter from the Wellness team due to having to naturally cancel the wellness plan. I have never known such love and care go into any customers so it completely blew me away. Another thing that stood out for us, is we brought our cats in for a wellness check. Naturally one of my cats is very timid- ignorantly I thought the best way to pick up a cat was by the scruff of the neck as that’s what their mothers do when they’re kittens, however the Veterinarian kindly stopped me and educated me on how I should pick them up as it shouldn’t be by the scruff. Every day is a learning day so I fully appreciated this, especially as I didn’t know nor have been told before. Thank you to the Warminster team for their love and care. We appreciate you all! ❤️

I feel safe in the hands of Garston, Warminster, and confident in the care my 2 elderly cats recieve. As one of my cats requires a monthly injection to treat her arthritis, I choose to see Andy the vet, and Vikki the veterinary nurse for continuity. They are both extremely kind and gentle, and always make the trip to the vets as relaxed as it can be for both of us.

I have been with Garston Vets for a long time. They have consistently given good care to all our pets. My 11 year old beagle Lucy started with them and met Charis at the puppy party and then was trained by Charismatic Pets. Garston have been with my Pets from start to finish and always given excellent care.

Took my kitten in to be neutered. Friendly staff and did the job as they should. Have used Garstons for my last 2 pets, haven't a bad word to say.

brought my cat in for a checkup vet said she was fine had a small problem with her heart. 33 days later my cat of 11 years passed from congestive heart failure, now i dont want to blame them but the vet here said she was healthy as ever
