Took our dog loki for a second opinion with Geoff and what a fantastic vets this place is! You can tell the level of care compared to other vets, they are not money orientated and generally care for the animals they see. Geoff has saved us thousands of pounds by giving us other options for loki and he's now fully recovered. We will always be so grateful for Geoff and will continue to use this vets for the long haul. Thank you to all at hartshorne vets

Great veterinary surgery. The vets, nurses and reception staff are all very compassionate and friendly. My dog doesn't like the vets but they always manage to put him at ease. Prices are competitive. Service is great. Would recommend.

We recently had to say goodbye to our beloved family dog, and while it was a really hard day, we wanted to express our heartfelt thanks to Geoff and the vet nurse for their outstanding care and compassion. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine empathy made an incredibly difficult experience more bearable. They treated our dog with such dignity and respect, and they supported us with the perfect balance of sensitivity and understanding. We are truly grateful for the way they handled everything—with warmth, grace, and care. Thank you for helping us give our dog the peaceful farewell they deserved.
