Wow what a complete opposite experience we've had to the review below. We sadly lost our dog a few months ago. After communications back and forth with the vets I’ve felt it’s time to say I would NOT recommend this vets. We’ve now moved our other dog elsewhere. There’s too much to say but my advice would be to move. Definitely don’t get a CT scan with their service. It takes a week to get results but oh if you want it quicker you can pay £500 extra. We had 11 appointments and test after test in 4 weeks to end with the loss of our dog. We’ve spent SO much money at this vets and in the time we’ve been here it’s become so business focussed and no urgency of care. If your gut is telling you something is wrong ask for a referral straight away!! Only one specialist vet on offer which we never got to see. If you want routine checks ok, anything more complex with extra support, go elsewhere!

I couldn't begin to explain my appreciation for the kindness, consideration, professionalism shown by not only the vet we saw but, also all the staff who work there. They clearly explained what their diagnosis was of my dogs condition, with the information presented to them and what was going to be the best course of action for Him, in order to try to make his recovery as quick as possible. We are still waiting for the results of a recent test and been told we would be notified as and when they come in along with best cou we of action. The veterinary practice offers a messaging system, so your never very far from a professional or advice if needed. We were so impressed with the service received, we have all our dogs there. A big thank you to all the staff and would highly recommend anyone with a pet to visit this practice. Remember a dog or any pet, once you bring them into your home, they become family and a a result you would want the best care for a family member and here, that's what they do.

Saying goodbye to our beautiful dog Luna was one of the hardest things we’ve ever had to do, but the team at Bright Side Vets were so incredibly kind and compassionate throughout. They treated Luna with such dignity and care, and gave us the time and space we needed to say our final goodbyes. We will always be grateful for the warmth and empathy they showed during such a heartbreaking moment. Thank you for helping make Luna’s final moments so peaceful and for helping me with my insurance claim they made the whole process very easy.

We have a 16 and half year old boy. The understanding, care and listening to what we want for our boy from the vet Carina has been second to none, but the first point of call for us all is the receptionist who are outstanding. I have spoken to one receptionist on a regular basis and that is Charlotte Yorke. Her care, love and compassion for our fur baby is like it was one of her own and that is why we think that Charlotte is an amazing asset to brightside vets. Thank-you all at Brightside for everything you do xx

I can't thank Emily enough for everything she has done for my little rabbit Theo. Theo really loves Emily and is always up for cuddles with her, never seen Theo so calm around people. Theo lived longer thanks to Emily's quick diagnosis and she has helped me with everything I have asked.

I can’t thank Brightside enough for the compassion and care they showed my little best friend, Rumple. She suddenly became critically ill and I rushed her in and they acted immediately, running tests, giving fluids and doing everything they possibly could to help her. Even though we had to say goodbye far too soon, I know she was treated with kindness, dignity and love right until the very end. The staff were gentle, understanding and patient with me when I was distraught and they explained everything clearly. It’s heartbreaking to lose her at just 9 months old but I’ll always be grateful that her last moments were spent surrounded by people who truly cared for her. 💗
