Don’t use these vets they are shocking. I’ve now had to start proceedings With The RCVS about this vet the vet definitely doesn’t know his job. My dog could’ve died. Please keep away from this veterinary practice. The manager does not care in fact she is the owner of it not happy they need to look into this vet

We came here after our usual vets start putting their charges through the roof. I'm glad we did. They give great care to our animals, without charging the earth!

Avoid at all costs. My dog was given 2 different diagnoses from Vets4Pets when seen within a week from 2 different staff. The vet hugely misinformed me of treatment cost quoting £500, which was actually £3600. When I emailed to complaint no accountability was taken instead they have terminated my care plan and offered to euthanise my dog, as a “good will gesture” they waved my care plan cancellation fee. Awful attitude from the female vet, no empathy, incredibly rude and ill-informed at her job.

Brilliant team, from the friendly receptionists to the vets and nurses behind the scenes, everyone is so helpful and genuinely caring. They always provide clear, informative advice, and it’s obvious they love what they do. Special mention of Miks, one of the best vets we’ve ever had! He consistently gives top-quality care to our cat, Merlin, and his attention to detail never goes unnoticed. Merlin is so comfortable around him, which says it all. Highly recommend ☺️✨
