The Veterinary Centre - Henley

Henley Vets has again proved a caring, wonderfully competent and helpful team! My 1 year old lab had the most professional and brilliant pre-care, surgery and post-care from the team after an issue with her eye. At every stage of process and, no matter which vet we saw, there was a consistent duty of care and a real underlying passion for the animals. Not once have we felt profit prevails over care which is why I felt a review was important - Independent Vets are diminishing across the country. Henley Vets is a perfect example why they must remain! I recommend them to everyone I know. Thank you team for your incredible level of care and compassion!

Following a horrific dog attack on my dog Ellie, the care we received from the team at The Veterinary Centre, Henley was exceptional. From the reception staff to the vets and nurses, everyone showed such kindness, compassion and professionalism during a very distressing time. Ellie received outstanding treatment and support, and I’m incredibly grateful for the skill and care shown to both Ellie and myself. Truly a wonderful team — thank you.

The best vets in Henley! Well experienced staff and very kind. They are always willing to help and look after my dogs and cats with so much affection. Couldn’t recommend anywhere else. This is the place you will have peace of mind - they are treated as family members! Like they should be x

We’ve been taking our dog here since she was a puppy (she’s now 15 months old), and we couldn’t be happier with the care she’s received. The whole team is friendly, accessible, and professional — always taking the time to explain things and make sure our dog feels comfortable. It’s also really easy to book appointments and arrange check-ups, which makes everything stress-free. Highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a caring and reliable vet!

I am deeply grateful to the specialists of this clinic who have saved my dog more than once. It is always a pleasure to come here — even in the most difficult situations the whole team do their very best to support, reassure and provide the highest level of care possible. From the reception desk to the doctors and assistants, everyone is attentive, considerate and highly professional. A truly outstanding clinic

We have been taking our various cats to The Veterinary Centre in Henley (and the Twyford branch surgery) for the last 20+ years. The care and treatment they have received is exceptional. The excellent vets and vet nurses are very caring and helpful, as well as focussed on providing the best possible advice and treatment for our cat. Everyone I’ve met in the team at both Henley and Twyford is friendly, kind and considerate. Every visit I am impressed with the kindness and care shown not only to my cat but also to me. Thank you to the team, and especially Anneli, Helen and Debbie. Henley Vets are very highly recommended!

The team at Henley Vets have been treating my animals for over 20 years now - through the good times and the hard times. I have always valued their ability to combine their professional expertise with my knowledge of any of my pets.... most recently with my elderly dog. Their common sense and caring approach combined with a genuine desire to consider the best way forward for him has been such a relief.....for him and me! Despite his sometimes challenging behaviour the whole team are always so enthusiastic and friendly when we arrive. I really can't recommend them enough.
