They are open from 8:30 am to 7:00 pm Monday to Friday and 9:00 am to 12:00 pm on Saturdays. The practice also offers emergency care outside of opening hours.

The veterinary team is headed by Mrs Nicola Whitelam, a partner in the practice. She is one of the most experienced and qualified veterinary surgeons in the country, with a BVSc and MRCVS qualification. Working alongside her are four other veterinary surgeons, each with a wealth of experience, Dr Razvan Olaru, Mr Fernando Munoz Alonso, Miss Philippa Jacques, and Dr Sofia Ousta. All of them are highly trained and possess the ability to provide the best possible care for all pets, big and small.

The veterinary team is assisted by a group of dedicated and experienced veterinary nurses. Mrs Fiona Pitchfork is a partner in the practice, with Mrs Amie Atkins, Mrs Maria Bell, Mrs Samantha Bell, and Mrs Nicola Knott providing a range of veterinary care services to your beloved pets, allowing the team to provide a complete and comprehensive care package.
