Very expensive trip here to be told our dog just needed a big 💩, 🤣 From my first call to the practice, to leaving, it was a good experience .The staff are really friendly and the vet was great. Given advice and told to goback if any further assistance is needed. Peace of mind for our dog .

Had a doggie emergency early parts of the morning. In a panic, we dialed the first emergency number we could find. We spoke to wonderful gentleman who not only reassured us, but directed us to the nearest 24h vet. When we got to the vets for pets, the staff were all waiting and ready to support my dog who was suffering through a 15min seizure. From beginning to end, we were supported, updated and reassured at the efforts made by the staff. Although my dog didn't make it. We still appreciate all the staff who have supported us at the time.

Vets 4 Pets County Road, Hull is THE best vets for pets. I took my very sick guinea pig, Latte for some secondary advice and Irina and the whole staff went above and beyond for me and my little girl. Unfortunately, Latte did pass away but it brings me and my family so much comfort to know that she received the best treatment available to her to try and change her fortune. All of my animals will be going to Vets 4 Pets County Road from now on.

This is an experience from a few years ago now with my cat Mika and it was horrible but at the time I wasn't sure if something was wrong, after seeing two other pets be euthanized since and speaking to those vets I know it was. They where very quick to say they didn't know what was wrong with him, where other vets have tried very hard to find the issues with my other pets and given them more time. However, the worst was the euthanisa process, our cat made a horrific face of pain and a sound I do not like to think about which was truly horrifying in his last moment. None of my other pets have done this and I have since concluded after speaking with other vets that this vet had not got his vain correct and didn't even realise. This is true incompetence for an animal in it's last moments, avoid this vet if you want your pet to pass peacefully.

Irina looked after Frankie when he was very poorly, she gave us all the information we needed to make an informed choice on his care. Ultimately we had to have him put to sleep to avoid suffering. I can not rate Irina highly enough: in times like those, you need the facts and the time to make a decision. We were not rushed, we were supported, and we left, sadly without our boy, but knowing we had done the best thing in the circumstances. Thank you for your help.

Firstly I would like to start with my dog Chase absolutely hates the vets to the point we have to have him muzzled and pushed into a corner with a towel on his head not a fun experience for any of us! But today I saw a student nurse (name has gone) who gave chase his yearly booster not only did she previously ready his notes and understand he was a nervous dog we came up with a plan that was a little less traumatic for us all she was very calm which put Chase at ease too hands down the best vet visit we have had and I would like to add he is a German shepherd so not the smallest of dogs to be able to handle. You’re going to make a great vet when you graduate! Thank you so much!

I cannot thank Vets4Pets and especially Irina Jakovleva enough for saving my dog’s life. After being told by the PDSA that my only option was to put her to sleep due to a wound and infection, I felt completely heartbroken. Thankfully, I decided to get a second opinion with Irina, and it was the best decision I’ve ever made. Irina reassured us that putting her down wasn’t necessary and helped us with the right treatment plan. Thanks to her care, dedication, and expertise, the wound has now fully closed and my dog is back to her happy, lively self again. I’m beyond grateful to Irina and the whole team – you gave us more precious time together and gave my dog the chance she truly deserved. I would 100% recommend Vets4Pets to anyone who wants vets that genuinely care and go the extra mile for your pets. Photo of how happy meila now is

Took my sons dog in for a check up due to some issues. I can honestly say I felt the dog was well looked after by the vet he told us what was wrong and atuly spent time explaining . More than I can say for the NHS So if your dog cat or mouse is ill I would recommend them 😸
