For emergencies, the practice's own vets work at the Park Street Hospital from 8am to 10pm Monday to Saturday and 8am to 8pm on Sunday. Outside these hours, Vets Now covers emergencies. On Saturdays after 4:00pm, calls redirect to the emergency service.

(I'm really sorry I can't remember the Vets name) My cat was really very stressed when we arrived for a Health check up but she was very patient and caring with her and took her time with gentleness and calm. I would definitely recommend this Practice. All staff take their time to listen with friendly professionalism. Thank you so much.

We have used Kingston Vets for over 15 years for our cats and dog, and they’ve always received a high level of care and compassion. A special mention to the reception staff as they are always welcoming, friendly and helpful.

After giving up with our vets, we went back to Kingston. It was a location thing, but we have missed them. The staff are always lovely and caring and want to interact with you and your fur babies. You sometimes forget how much of a difference it makes. The place is always clean, staff are always lovely, and the veterinarians are always amazing with our pets, Anlaby has plenty or parking and the building is relaxing for your pet. Thankyou Kingston.
