Not very happy with this visit went in to the vet and it hadn't been cleaned it was really dirty. Pet hair and dirt covered the exam table and the scales were equally dirty after paying 120 pound for my cats injection s think I will look at other vets in the area its not the price its the fact nothing had been washed down or sanitised after the previous animal and the stench of faeces was nauseating

Took my dog in today to get a wellness check done on him as he snapped at me a couple of days prior which was very out of character so assumed he might be ill. We went in and I had explained the vet didn’t attempt to check him over in the slightest and said it could be a range of problems but in his opinion I should just put him down. Lucky my brother was in the room and said to him to check him over for any issues, but he seemed very disinterested in doing so. And just come to the conclusion to put him down, not considering he might have a problem.. I also provided a urine sample incase it was a urine infection but he didnt seem like he even wanted to test it because he’d already made his mind up, he also didn’t notify me that it was an extra cost doing so. I feel like I got ripped off spending money on a Welness check and not actually getting him checked over

I went today with my cat Suki and the vet was amazing. Animals can't tell you how they feel but he gave her a fab examimation and was really good with her and myself. I always use this practice and would recommend them to anyone.

If you're thinking of visiting the attached petshop - not as good as PeeJays. Difficult to find staff. Decent range of stuff

Great place to go with your best friend. No matter how big or small. They will give you advice and help your best friend. They're options for pet plans to make it cheaper. Shop is well stocked and there's also pet grooming area.

After such a stressful time with my pug, Dev and the team were utterly brilliant from start to finish. Although treatment is still ongoing after surgery I have full faith in the vet team here. I simply would not take her anywhere else. I would highly recommend Dev as a vet especially for pugs! His extensive knowledge is second to non. I’m not a trusting person and it was hard at first but the team are amazingly reassuring and very supportive to not only myself as a human but to my little fury one too. Thanks so much for the amazing care given day in day out. I really appreciate you.

Had a very distressing day when I had to have my baby put to sleep but every single person who was there, from vet to nurse to staff in the shop was amazing. I couldn't fault them in any way. I highly recommend this vets to anyone who has a pet and wants them to be treat with care and understanding. I truly believe that the staff care for your fur baby and they care for you too when that, time comes. Thank you to everyone there who put up with my rantings and my tears.
