Just want to give a really big shout out to the staff at Ivybank Usual practice was Kilwinning but there had been ‘changes’ But with my elderly dog they really accommodated me to make sure he got his monthly injection Unfortunately I had to say goodbye to him yesterday evening 1/6/2026 From the girls stretchering him up the stairs to the care and compassion to take him on his next journey they were outstanding 😘🥰🐶💙 Thanx x

Highly recommend IvyBank Vets Irvine 😊 I worry a lot and have high expectations I have been coming to IvyBank Vets since I was a little girl, and at 47 years old, across 3 cats and a dog, they have always been absolutely wonderful to us. Yesterday evening, a lovely lady named Kim from cats protection very kindly took me and my 13-year-old indoor cat, Jerry, to the clinic for his first round of vaccinations. Jerry normally terrifies easily, fights his carrier like a feral cat, and hates travelling. Amazingly, he was incredibly calm with Kim. The entire team at IvyBank was fantastic with both of us. They are genuinely kind, friendly, and professional, always going out of their way to support both the animals and their owners. During the visit, I discovered their Health Club. It is much cheaper to join than paying standard rates, and they offer Essential or Plus tiers. I chose the Cat Plus plan, which brings so much peace of mind for Jerry's future care. Other health insurance I have looked at do not offer this kind of value and are often much more expensive. Thank you, Kim, and thank you, IvyBank Vets, for decades of incredible care! Kind Regards Claire :)

Excellent care and compassion from our vet lynsey, who took the time to explain everything clearly and made us feel supported. The reception staff were also so kind and welcoming, which made a stressful visit much easier. We are very grateful and would highly recommend.

Ivybank Vets really look after our five dogs, they assist with any urgent issues quickly, the staff are without exception friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. Whatsmore they take time to get to know and understand the issues, personalities and foibles of your pets. I particularly recommend their pet health club where you get all your vaccinations, worming, flea treatments and some decent discounts on various procedures. Best of all is complete peace of mind with free consultations. Thoroughly recommend.

Excellent vets who always provide the best of care. My big boy was there yesterday for routine health check & vaccination booster. He is always really excited the moment he realises thats where we're going. He loves the warm welcome, treats, attention and cuddles at reception. Vets always excellent and understanding that he is a bit of a wimp once in the consulting room and give him plenty of treats and reassurance. Wouldn't trust anywhere else to look after his health.

Loved this vet practice. The receptionists were absolutely awesome and the vet was very informative. My boy was in great hands. Everything from booking the appointment through to the actual appointment was communicated fantastically. The personal touch made me feel like my boy really mattered which is why I will be returning again and again.

I am giving a one star as there is not a button for zero stars. This vet is the epitome of everything wrong with the big conglomerate UK Vets and issues reported on ITN News. They are secretive and non-transparent. Refused to disclose pricing to my husband for medication, prescriptions or monthly injections which we needed to know so we could put our dog back on the specific treatment he requires but they could charge £66 for a consultation, no doubt with the same vet that likes the sound of her own voice and repeats everything she says back to herself. We don't want a consultation until we are ready for an informed discussion! We only want prices! Until the conglomerate vet practices are held accountable and are regulated better my advice is not to go anywhere near them. Talk about Rip Off Britain. This is rip off Ivybank!

I’ve came in recently with my two cats Luna & bear both of which have had excellent experiences and care. The staff are excellent and very friendly and knowledgeable from the vets to the reception staff. I had numerous updates after one of my cats had an operation recently which was fantastic and put my mind at ease, I had some question's during my visits and none was to much trouble for the vets I seen with my cats they were friendly and extremely professional as well as patient and we didn’t feel rushed which was fantastic! I was recommended by a family member to move to the practice and I’d do the same again , I’m delighted with this practice and feel my cats are in safe knowledgeable hands in their care. Thank you very much for your knowledge & support.
