Kerr Vet Group - Johnstone

Great vet, lovely staff.

Visited the Johnstone branch of Kerr Vet group today, having made a prearranged appointment for my cat. Appointment made swftlynover the phone with no difficulty. The young lady at the Johnstone group I have seen before with my cat, and the staff member was excellent. She was pleasant, kind and provided excellent treatment and advice. I have been to both Johnstone and Bridge of Weir branches and I have consistently found the staff to be excellent in their professionalism and warm and attentive when at reception. I would highly recommend this veterinary group. Both locations are on busy high streets so directly outside parking can be a challenge but there are side streets and local car parks not too far away.

First class personal treatment. I had to put my wee dog to sleep a few weeks ago, the vet who dealt with me was a young lady, she was understanding, caring and made the experience a lot easier form my wee dog and myself...

I highly recommend this practice. Owen is one of the most helpful vets I've had the pleasure to meet. His thoroughness is exemplary and his explaining things is too The lady on reception is lovely. A great practice
