Six Month check up, really great manner with my little dog, she was checked over well in a gentle way and seemed quite at ease not usual trembling

The majority of the staff are very friendly and helpful and care and love the pets they see. Some of the Vets not so much, theres one particular female vet who replace are previous vet and she didn't listen or respect anything we told her about are dogs issues. We eventually moved away and have been shocked at the costs we were paying compared to are new vets. After a bit of research we discovered that despite being and looking like the independent vets we had used for years they are now owned by a giant corporate company only interested in making money. The first appointment at the new vets was a third of what we paid at Kingfishers. Do some research and you will find this practice is linked to the big companies that have been reported on by the likes of BBC, ITV and Channel 4.

We visited Kingfisher with our two cats immediately after having had a very bad customer experience with another local vetinary practice. The contrast couldn't have been greater. We were immediately made welcome, our cats were registered and a vet made the time to see both of them while we were there. Full marks for welcome, efficiency, expertise and generally being very good at what they do.

I have visited chard and crewkerne vets and I can’t say a bad word about either of them! All the staff are incredible. They are kind, supportive and they go above and beyond with everything! Would highly recommend this vets to anyone!

Always polite, helpful and friendly. I’ve always found the vets and staff to be really friendly and supportive, our youngest cat was hit by a car and the staff have been fantastic in their care for him. He had been receiving cuddles from all! He’s in the road to recovery, with all my gratitude to kingfishers.

Moved my dog to this vets and couldn’t be happier. It is very spacious with larger consultation rooms. The staff are so much more knowledgeable and so helpful. They go above and beyond to help with your pets. Highly recommend.

Obi Wan Kenobi is a West German working line German Shepherd and was attacked by a stray dog in our front garden with quite narsty bite wounds to both animals. The Kingfisher Veterinary team at Crewkerne not only took real good care with treatment for both dogs immediately but they went that extra mile to not only find the other dog owner quickly and reunit them but the after care both with apointments and non stop telephone calls with only extremally good advise on what i need to do with any complication that a had excellent service and would recomend to any one with a working dog. Thank you very much from Obi Wan Kenobi.

Best Veterinary Practice around this area. Also on my visit this time we had a locum vet and I've got to say he was fantastic one of the best we've ever used totally understood Mylo. He changed Mylo medication knowing we've got a new granddaughter really happy with what he advised. Highly recommended.
