The vet I see in there his name is Luca and he always goes above and beyond, he also has a lot of patience with Tyson (Tyson can never sit still). The staff are always friendly and are happy to see our dog and always treats him right this means a great deal to me and my family. Thank you Medivet for all the years of looking after our boy.

My dog got a tic on Sunday whilst we were travelling and the vet nurse I saw could not have been more useful and calming- I was very distressed about the entire situation and she just put me at ease straight away! I could tell this was not just a typical commercial veterinary practice and would really recommend this practice and the vet nurse we saw (sorry I did not get your name!)

My Bulgarian Rescue was booked in for his first health check, however, due to his fear and stress, this turned into an acclimatisation visit. Stayed an hour being fed delicious treats by the wonderful Hannah!... slowly he decompressed. We will repeat the exercise very soon. So appreciated your kindness, Luca and Hannah

Lovely and friendly staff, great treatment of our cat (both in the sense of care, and surgery), and they are very good at talking things through with us (explaining risk, expectations, after care treatment, etc.). Going to the vets can be an immensely stressful process - they help to make it easier, and it's also a relief simply knowing that we can trust them.

Had to take my dog to Cranbrook as we are in the area visiting family. We received such fantastic treatment from the friendly team there and the dog was treated with such care and love. As a member of medivet it's given us such peace of mind to know we are able to receive the same care and attention in other practices as well as our home practice. Thank you Ellie and Monika for your time today, Shadow is already feeling much better.

If your cat has chronic kidney disease (CKD), I highly recommend NOT taking them here. I had an awful experience with my cat, who has now passed, and I have gone through two formal complaints regarding the actions of one particular vet. Throughout my cat’s treatment, I received inconsistent advice from different vets at the practice. CKD is a progressive and devastating disease, and consistent, up-to-date care is so important. I strongly suggest seeking out a practice with more experience in feline CKD. I’m obviously heartbroken over the loss of my beautiful girl. I’m sharing this review in her memory, hoping that no more cats will have to go through what we did. Please also take a look at this website: https://felinecrf.org/tanyas_support_group.htm — it has a wealth of knowledge about cat CKD, guidance on treatments, and prompts for questions to ask your vet.

Staff very friendly, patient and welcoming! Very knowledgeable and happy to answer any questions I had. Happily & confidently engaged with my dog who was visiting for his first time for treatment. He absolutely loved the vet nurse who saw us! (Nurse Ipek I believe) absolutely amazing! So so pleased with our visit, will always be recommending Medi Vet Cranbrook to all of my friends, family & customers! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
