Medivet - Minster

Medivet Faversham have got such lovely staff and me and my two puppies actually really enjoyed coming to see everybody there. They’re so professional and so lovely.

We normally go to Birchington but there was no vet that day. Arrived early and got seen early. We took our cat Mia there as we were concerned about her eyes weeping. Carried out a thorough examination. Prescribed eye drops which seem to be working after one day. Mia is extremely timid but always remains calm when visiting the vets.

First class vets very professional and my working dog German shepherd ted was treated asap in a emergency situation with the nurses and vet. And reception Lisa was amazing. Thank you Jake

I recently moved and my previous vets was medivets. The service I received was so friendly and helpful. I wouldn't take my fur babies anywhere else. The receptionist were so helpful and friendly and the vet was really lovely too 😊 I'll definitely recommend

You can remove my previous review but you’ll never remove my opinion. You are lousy at your job, you cannot read X-rays and you will do everything possible to push up bills. Care is secondary, your primary existence is to make money, this will be done by scaremongering pet owners into agreeing unnecessary procedures, tests, X-rays and general anaesthetics. This is neither productive or advisable. You were unable to read the X-ray of my poor dog who endured a years worth of unnecessary pain. I was billed over £600 for a needless procedure. Results were infuriatingly avoidable, costly and caused a repeat procedure with a competent vet. You are actually abysmal at what you claim to do. Remove my review, never my opinion. I shout my opinion from the rooftops at every conceivable opportunity. I know of no one that has a good word for your practice, yet your Google reviews remain so very high 😡………

I cannot fault the care kindness and friendliness I have received from everyone here ...but I do find the charges absurdly high for the time and treatments involved. It is lucky I could afford it but I worry that many pet owners could not.

I switched to Medivet Minster as I moved and after being hesitant at finding a new vet for my elderly cat, I needn’t have worried. Jack is absolutely fantastic, calm and patient with my cat, listens to any concerns I have and clearly explains everything to me.
