We want to say a huge thank you to the team at Vets for Pets in Broadstairs, especially Dan, Margaret and Mady, for the outstanding care and compassion they showed our dog Luna over the last few months. Dan was an exceptional vet throughout. Calm, thoughtful, thorough and genuinely caring. We always felt Luna was being treated as an individual rather than just another appointment, and his support and guidance during the ongoing visits and follow-ups gave us a great deal of reassurance. We’re also very grateful to Margaret and Mady on reception, who were consistently kind, understanding and incredibly helpful in fitting us in for Luna’s mini visits and follow-up appointments. When you’re worried about your pet, those small acts of compassion and flexibility make a huge difference. Thank you again to everyone involved for making a very difficult and stressful period much easier to navigate. It was very much appreciated by all of us, including Luna 💗

Unfortunately I had to get my pet put to sleep last night at a different 24 hour emergency practice which was a very distressing time for me. I then had a phone call today from a receptionist (Maddie) from Betty's usual vets asking whether I am now taking my dog to this other practice from now on. No, my dog passed last night! So insensitive! They just wanted to know if I was vet hopping and if they've lost my money, not even to ask if my dog is okay!

I’m honestly not the happiest with my experience with vets4pets. on the 13th of december i brought my cat in as she was unwell, she had to be put down due to her severly bad medical illness, which i was fine with as it was the best for her. when i came to collect her collar and carrier i was told i would have to wait to collect her blanket with the ashes, and so i waited. when i came to collect her ashes there was no blanket, when i asked for it the vet told me she remembers washing it, which i would’nt have wanted, they never asked if that was okay with me. they then told me they sent my cat of to the cremation service in her blanket. which i was then told she was cremated with the blanket. not only do i now have ashes that are’nt of just my cat but their failure to keep to blanket safe after telling me they would hand back to me so i had the piece she was in the whole time has disappointed me. i also think that vets4pets should offer a little bottle filled with the animals fur and paw prints as rememberance, my friend previously had her cat put down at a different vet, she payed less than i did and got her cats fur, prints and ashes given in a locked box in the shape of a cat with his name. im just not very impressed

My dog has recently gone through Castration, 2 days after we have had to take him to an out off hours vets due to having complications. To then be told vets for pets did not give us the correct amount off inflammatory medication for him as he is a big breed, they only gave us 3 days worth when it should have been 7. Due to this we have had to take him an extra two times to get pain medication for him via injection and antibiotics.

Had my greyhound spayed there this month as they are the nominated vet for the rehoming charity that owned the dig prior to me. Very good. The work was tidy, they were helpful and professional each time I went there & thoroughly explained an additional test that was done at my request, & provided solid advice on post op treatment for Nell

Super pleased with the service from the Thanet branch. Receptionist always kind and welcoming no matter how busy it is, they always seem to be working on there own when I have visited, but have always been respectful, kind and helpful. Vets - every bet I have met have been helpfull discussing the situation and different options that can been followed, I could tell they were not okay trying to push different things for "money" but told us about all the different options and what they thought would be best. My cat seems to of taken a liking to Markus (she normally hides from everyone but decides to sit right next to him for attention) Thank you for helping my little Puffball

Fantastic urgent care of our cat who needed a high-risk bowel operation after becoming very unwell the day before. The vet responded so quickly by completing lots of diagnostic tests and identifying her condition. The operation was performed at lunchtime after she was admitted at 11.00 am. Lifesavers! 🙏❤️ Must admit she didn't keep the body suit on for long, bless her
