I want to thank Vets 4 Pets Whitstable for their incredible care and kindness recently when I had to sadly bring my 9 year old son’s hamster to them to be put to sleep. My son was extremely upset at home which I mentioned to the receptionist and she asked my son’s name. A week later my son received a card in the post saying how sorry they were for his loss and how lovely his hamster was. The vet also gave me a card with paw prints on and a lock of our hamsters fur in a lovely pouch for my son to keep. The compassion and care I received was second to none, thank you.

I have been visiting on a regular basis with Herbie, an elderly rabbit with complex needs. All staff have been friendly, attentive and professional at all times. They are genuinely kind and caring and show great affection for the old fellow. He has regular tooth clipping and has recently survived fly strike (fingers crossed) and the staff have always been knowledgeable and supportive.
