My dog and cat have been cared for excellently for many years. Especially yesterday when I had to discuss with the vet the difficulties my 19 year old cat was experiencing. The vet was so thorough and compassionate towards me and my little friend who is coming towards the end of her life. Thank you so much.

My puppy Peggy (6 months old) recently had an operation after several vet visits and tests at the practice, and I honestly couldn’t be more grateful for the care she received. Every single member of staff has been so kind and compassionate — from the moment you book an appointment, you’re greeted by such lovely, friendly people who immediately put you at ease. The vets and nurses are not only incredibly knowledgeable but also genuinely caring, which made such a difference during a worrying time. They treated Peggy with so much love and made me feel completely confident that she was in the safest hands possible. After my experience, I truly wouldn’t take my fur baby anywhere else. A huge thank you to the whole team for taking such wonderful care of Peggy — it really is so appreciated. Leeanne

All the Staff are very friendly, welcoming and helpful. They go out of their way for you and your pets and the nurses are extremely knowledgeable and experienced. A few new vets have joined the team recently and they are very thorough in their examinations. They are also very knowledgeable and are keen to help your pets. Nurse Karen is very knowledgeable and trained in rabbit care and head nurse Emily is highly trained and experienced in a wide range of care for a variety of animals. Vet Paul is a locum, and is absolutely outstanding, IF you can get to see him. He is very popular so his appointments are snapped up quickly. Unfortunately Medivet won't give him a permanent position but they need to listen to their clients, we want Paul permanently!!!

Always a warm friendly welcome when we need to pop in. The staff are exceptionally helpful and happy to answer any questions you may have. Their care and compassion for animals in their care is boundless.

My dog is terrified of visiting the Vet. However, all the staff at Medivet are very understanding and supportive. They make a fuss of my dog and adapt to accommodate her. I would definitely recommend this practice

Caring, friendly Team loved by all. Supported us whilst saying goodbye to our 20 year old cat last year, and now back again with our little 10 week old bundle of fun Wilson 🐈 to help keep healthy hopefully for as long !!
