All staff were so welcoming to our puppy Poppy and both myself and son Jake. Made us all feel so at ease for Poppy’s first visit.

Took 2 cats for booster vaccinations, one of the cats felt the injection cried and tried to pull away , but I was holding her , the vet didn't notice that it hadn't gone in and all the injection had missed her and gone on the scales instead, I told her, so she tried again a few times, my cat kept pulling away so not sure my cat actually got the correct dose. Obviously my cat was upset and it spooked her brother so he didn't want to come out of the cat box. He did have his injection with no problem.

You are made to feel welcome by all the staff. Their love for animals shines through. Rhiannon, the vet who examined our Cocker Spaniel was very patient and kind with her. It’s funny how dogs know when they are at the Vets !!!! Thank you everyone. Marty and Angie

I was away on holiday. I turned up as they were practically shutting. I asked if I was able to book my dog in for the next day due to an issue and they offered to register him and do him there and then. Even stayed late to help. Super friendly staff, very informative with nutritional requirements. I wish the vets local to me were as good as these.

Excellent service. Received an appointment promptly. Reception staff were caring and compassionate when we came in. The vet was lovely with Bella my cat, gave an injection and medication to solve the problem.
