We honestly cant praise the team enough. We have a house rabbit, which are classed as an exotic pet. We honestly have so much trust and faith in the team at Cibyn. They genuinely care about the wellbeing of every animal. The knowledge they have when it comes to rabbits is second to none! We dont live local to the clinic, however we will drive the distance to specifically see them. They are thorough in their checks. Being able to keep our bunny calm in a stressful environment is a huge weight off our shoulders. Please do not hesitate to use this clinic. It was the best decision we ever made swapping clinics and using Cibyn.

Ted had eaten a piece of corn cob. We rang next day and as usual we had the very best help and professional service from phone call to seeing Tinka. Thanks everyone for your fantastic service .Ted is fine and sends a big hug xxx🐾🐾

Took my nearly 16 year old Husky Nanook in yesterday for his final journey. I can not say how professional, calming, understanding and helpful everyone involved was enough. A fantastic practice I will highly recommend. Thank you everyone for yesterday, you made an awful day much easier . Thank you . The Evans family. X

The vets are very good, patient, experienced and knowledgeable, Michael usually looks after Honey who is a problem dog that doesn’t like people. She is an ex Dogstrust rescue dog that has major trust and anxiety issues but Michael is excellent with her and very understanding…and brave. The receptionists are all exceptional as well especially Kate Markam and Sara.They go out of their way to make sure every visit goes smoothly…… you can tell by all the thank you cards everywhere on the walls. Well done all of you and thank you from me. It’s expensive but if you really care about your pets well-being there’s no better place to go.

We have trusted the staff in this surgery for many years throughout the lives of many and varied pets. We have always felt supported in making informed decisions, have enjoyed the camaraderie, have observed the teamwork, and would highly recommend them all.

We find Cibyn to be the nicest vets we've used since living in the area. We get decent advice and they don't always rush us to the most expensive treatment as others have done before. Very friendly and welcoming staff too.

I was visiting North Wales with my border collie, and on a Saturday morning she vomited 4 times in less than an hour. Found Cibyn Vet Clinic online and phoned to ask if they had Saturday opening and if there was extra emergency charges. The receptionist was friendly, asked good questions, confirmed there were standard charges on Saturday's. Also took details of my registered vet clinic so they could contact them for my dog's medical history. Arriving on site the staff was friendly, and assuring, and helped clean up immediately as my dog was sick at the vet. Happy nothing more than an injection and rest could sort out and we had a relaxed rest of our trip. Very much recommend the clinic due to their friendly and professional staff.

My Fox-Red Labrador Noa was seen today for his 6 monthly check (which is free with his Pet Health Club subscription). I just want to say that, as always, the lovely people at Cibyn were just amazing. They’re always friendly, pleased to see you, kind and professional. They always remember you which is amazing in itself considering the volume of people and animals that they see every day. While I was waiting for Noa’s appointment, one of the ladies came and chatted to him, which I thought was just lovely! Rachel Massey, the vet who conducted the health check is so thorough and empathetic and it’s so good to know she’ll listen to my questions, and offer advice when I ask her about keeping my boy healthy. Noa is now 4 years old and my aim is do everything possible, that’s also sensible, to keep him healthy and active, which is where Rachel’s expertise is key. Thank you Rachel and thank you fabulous Cibyn Team. Noa and I love you and appreciate you very much.

Would never take my animals here again. When I took my poorly dog there, the words from the vet was, we can put her down for £40 if you like. Then I was told they would operate for £1800, which they did, then i had to take her to another vets in Bangor for emergency treatment. My dog had blood pouring out of her back passage 5 days later, because Cibyn vets had left rotting tissue inside my dog. Never ever would i trust that place again. Their main concern is generating revenue. I wish I could give zero stars.
