Mixed experiences. On the whole I’ve had good experiences taking Pingu for check ups and the reminders for his worming and flea treatment are very useful. However when he actually ended up in a bad way I left feeling very disappointed especially after seeing another vet at Cibyn who spent more than 2-5 minutes with Pingu. He went in with a limp on his front leg but there wasn’t anything super obvious, the vet did a cursory check of his two front legs and that was it. He then progressively got worse snd on taking him to another vets they also did things like temperature checks where he was running a high fever.

A vets that genuinely cares ! Yeah they cost, but dont seem to be set on ripping you off. They will suggest free/cheap alternatives to their meds where they can. And seem to care more about the animal than the bill.

Despite having been unexpectedly booked into the practice’s other location which was some miles away, the Bangor staff were really helpful, got me in on the next available appointment in Bangor that morning and were able to expedite the time so I didn’t have to wait very long at all. The vet was helpful, professional and caring. I like using this service and would recommend it.

I started using this vets recently after taking in my parent's dog who was badly attacked. The staff team at Bodrwnsiwn have been fabulous in helping my dog, Sultan, to recover and get back to his usual self. They have offered lots of advice and have always been extremely friendly and helpful. Thank you all for all of your help. I will definitley be using this vets going forwards 😊
