The practice comprises of a team of experienced veterinary surgeons and veterinary nurses, who work tirelessly to ensure that all pets who are under their care are comfortable and healthy. The veterinary surgeons include the director, Mr Michael Jacklin, who is well-qualified with a BVetMed MRCVS degree and Miss Louise Hockley, who is also well-qualified with a BVM&S MRCVS degree. Together with their expertise, they provide specialised care for all pets that walk through the doors of the practice.

At Northdale, they understand that it can be difficult for pet owners to navigate through stressful times of pet illnesses or injuries, and the team ensures that they provide the best possible care to alleviate the stress. The veterinary nurses at Northdale include Mrs Jennifer Sadler, who is the Head Nurse and a qualified RVN, and Mrs Kimberlee Bent and Mrs Amy Haughey, who are both passionate and experienced RVNs. They provide the necessary support and care for pets in need, and provide helpful guidance and advice to the owners.

The practice is equipped with state-of-the-art facilities to ensure that all pets under their care receive the best possible care. They open their doors at 8:45 am and close them at 6 pm from Monday to Friday, and are open from 9 am to 11 am on Saturdays. On Sundays, the practice remains closed.
