Northdale Veterinary Practice - Lancing

Good reception staff, appointments always obtainable without a delay. Vets are very efficient. No complaints.

Excellent service as always. I have now lived in Lancing for almost 6 years and have used Northdale firstly with my 2 dogs and now sadly only 1. They have always given me the beast service. I’m very fortunate to have them so near to where I live.

My dog loves going to the vets. They are always so kind and gentle with her and she always gets plenty of treats. From my point of view, I always feel like she is in good hands.

My cat Merlin was ill, I rung Northdale Vets in Lancing and got a very helpful lady, she said they had a full list of appointments today but she made a slot for Merlin that afternoon and Merlin saw the Vet, I am very grateful.

Disgusting vets, only out to make money at at all thinking of the welfare of the animal or owners would not recommend this company at all

The receptionist’s attitude was rude and unprofessional. Even a simple question was answered in an abrupt and dismissive manner. This negatively affected my experience at the clinic.

Helpful staff, answered all my questions about my kittens' impending procedure - little do they know what's in store for them 😉. Excellent from Northdale though.

Always a professional and welcoming vets. Have been going for many years. The receptionist is a great asset, always making my pet feel extremely welcome and cared for. Thank you.

We have only had our cat since December so this was a recommendation from our daughter. We found this place a very efficient and friendly surgery, we have received excellent reminders and very good care from all the staff. We shall be recommending this veterinary practice to others. Well done all concerned.
