Excellent service. Knowledgable and kind to my pets and the home visits are better as I don’t have to stress my cats out travelling miles in a car. Fair price too which isn’t the case with all vets.

Always had excellent care from this practice .Came to my home when I lost my little dog.I now have another dog and would not trust anyone else with her care.The don't push Meds you do not need on to you.Always good with price.However the best thing about this practice is the most important in my book and that is nothing is to much trouble.They listen they care and we leave feeling reassured. Do not hesitate if you have a pet.We had some serious concerns about a Veterinary Practice we used before.We went for a second opinion to this vet and never left. We are now in our ninth year.

I am on holiday I Ottery St Mary in Devon. My Shihtzu Otis was troubled by jew claws on his hind legs. The practice was excellent with him and offering a same day appointment. Now he is one happy little dog. Thank you for your services and payment for his treatment was very good and affordable.

I know a few people who have left this practice. My Border Terrier, Maggie, would have had a fighting chance if I had followed my gut and taken her elsewhere. No internal communication, no proper plan of action for a potentially fatal disease (that proved fatal due to inadequate care!), always running late and short staffed, no parking. Maggie deserved better.
