Thank you to all the staff at Vets4pets Penzance. They could not be more patient and kind to my beautiful Staffie Shadow who I recently had to say goodbye to. Thank you for the lovely handwritten card I have just received it meant so much to me at this difficult time. And thanks for looking after all my beloved dogs over the years. I cannot recommend Vets4pets Penzance Cornwall enough.

We were on holiday in Cornwall, when very sadly our beloved Cairn Terrier, Archie became ill. I cannot express how kind and thoughtful the whole staff were at the Penzance store. We very sadly had to let Archie go and the staff treated us and Archie with so much dignity and love, they could not have been kinder, at such a very sad time for us. Thank you so much xx

We were on holiday and our dim-witted lurcher managed to take a chunk out of the top of his foot whilst hurling himself round on a rocky beach. The vets managed to see us almost instantly and were very helpful and gentle with him. If we lived close enough we'd use them all the time. Very impressed!

Wonderful staff.This was the only vets that would help me when my dearest sweet dog Maddy passed away at home . The ladies who helped were very kind ,compassionate ,considerate. When dealing with my situation,They collected Dear Maddy, And sorted out her cremation..They were extremely helpful when every other Veterinairy service in or near Penzance bluntly refused to help.Even though my dog had been to every one of them at sometime during her life .And Was registered with several of them! The one she had never been to was the only one that didn’t refuse to help when I was devastated from loosing my best friend. Many many Thanks 🙏🏼 Girls ,at pets at home. When I eventually decide I’m ready to start a new friendship with a dear dog.I know which Vets I will be using. Thank you! So very much for caring and helping.When no one else would.

I cannot thank enough for the help with my dog while we were away. A minor ear thing made holibobs rather rubbish and within 2hours of contact she was seen and treated. 24hrs later our holibobs was saved. Many Many thanks for your help. Highly recommend. ❤️
