The staff are very friendly and I never feel rushed when i take my dog Nell. Nell is not that keen on going to the vet but the staff are really patient with her which is very reassuring for me.

Fantastic vets. Unfortunately we had to put our dog down and the two girls who looked after us made everything alot easier on myself and my daughter.everthing was handled very professionally. They gave us paw prints and some hair in little glass bottles to remember him, lovely touch. Thankyou so much. X

Nice vets. Needed to get the dog's vaccinations sorted for her pet passport to travel back to Ireland. They were happy to help within 24 hours despite the fact we don't live in Montrose anymore. Really helpful.

Excellent vet, I am in their pet health club best thing I ever did as it's an affordable amount I pay monthly plus with my cat being 15 years old I'm expecting to perhaps have to go a little more often. In the pet health their yearly vaccinations are covered by it I got a wellness screening test done at a discount price as it is a perk of being a member, flea and worming treatment including too. My older lady was quite badly overweight and with the advice I received from the vet she has managed to lose weight and I honestly couldn't be happier because she is much happier and has more energy she is like a different cat! Staff are so friendly and helpful. Any treatment your pet may need the vet tells you and with being in the health club no huge bills as you get to pay up monthly. My other cat unfortunately had to go to sleep due to having cancer 😔 the bill I got was a couple of hundred pounds due to not being a member of the pet club I had to pay it in one go so I learnt the hard way. So from now on I will always be in the health club for any future pets I may have

Lovely welcoming atmosphere. Made the experience very stress free for my dog who hasn’t been into a vets surgery for a long time. Explained what was happening and why clearly and gave me the full low down on the new pet health service which is a fantastic thing to have available.

I recently started looking after some pets that had been dumped and I decided to go here instead of the Golf vet - as I had been having issues with them... This vet was fantastic! These pets that had been dumped had never actually been to a vet properly... They were able to diagnose , give treatment and tell me why they were having these issues... Which was extremely helpful! This vet is definitely more expensive, but the service, quality and actual care taken of your pets is so so so worth it! Very sadly, one of the pets didn't make it and was too unwell... I had to come here in emergency which resulted in my much loved new companion being put down... They vets handled it very well, talked me through it and were truly caring about the situation. They gave me time to pay it and I even went through their cremation service... Everything was properly done and I couldn't thank them enough. All the staff are very friendly, helpful and polite. Lovely service compered to the Golf Vet... I will be moving all my pets to this vet!
