We used this vets just yesterday, we had to have our pet put to sleep (our pet Rat Biscuit), In these difficult times when there is so much about vet charges and alike, please may I say this... These ladies are SO kind and respectful when the worst has to happen. Top marks to Rowe, Thornbury. They made such a difficult thing to accept, SO much easier to deal with ..with their kind words and humility shown towards my wife and I. At the ripe age of 62, I have had many pets, and I have visited MANY vets in that time, bit for me ...these lovely ladies are the best ...by far. May I say Thank you Rowe Thornbury... Mark Hopkins, Alveston area 🙏

First time visit with our pets at this practice, very impressed. All the staff seemed very professional, very caring and gave us all the information we needed. We’re very pleased that we chose this practice for our pets.

My cat (Piper) had a problem with her foot, nasty infection after a bite of some description. Reception staff all absolutely lovely, after a few visits, biopsies, antibiotics all fixed. Jo (The vet) really nice, explained everything in detail, kept a close eye on Piper and made sure everything was being done to get her better. Would recommend 100% wonderful service. (Piper wasn't a fan of the cone.....)

After using Rowes Thornbury for the past 2 years for our boxer dog we had no hesitation signing our new chocolate labrador puppy up to be under rowes care. Unfortunately 5:30 last night she had a funny fall on her front leg fearing the worse we contacted the Thornbury branch and was seen to within half hour. A pain relief injection and some cuddles from the team and she is back on her feet and her happy self. Would highly recommend!

Absolute best vet I've been to in the UK. I've been to ones in London and Manchester and this one is better than any of them. The staff is very very friendly with the humans and the animals. All the vets are very knowledgeable and very good with the animals. They have their own labs and testing facilities so the results are very quick and they call back very quickly with them. Also a special shout out to Robyn who is the one we've mostly seen and she's been very good at looking after our terminally ill dog as well as reassuring us about her. Highly recommended!

Absolutely amazing. They are one of the few ones that allows online registration which is awesome for us introverts who don't like phone calls. Also located close to a lot of parking options so you don't have to walk for long if your fur child is really unwell. We went for our first appointment which is free, where they do a quick check through when you register your pet. Our 2 were checked out by Robyn and she was absolutely lovely to us and the pets. Lot of information about how to look after them but also things to look out for with older dogs. She had awesome knowledge about all the things that we had questions. Highly recommended.
