I have been to Shield in Hedge End over many years but after a gap of 7 years went to the Bishop's Waltham practice yesterday with my cat, Monty. I was very impressed with the treatment he received from the vet and for the efficiency of the reception. Thank you.

Really lovely staff. Called Shield whilst house-sitting for a client. An emergency happened and I called them immediately. They were understanding and very thorough when I took one of the boys to see the vet post seizure. Thankfully he now seems well and back to his normal grumpy looking self(he is a happy boy really!) Very happy with the service and would absolutely recommend to others. Thank you to all the staff who took care of him and a panicky me. Very appreciated 😊

Trust with all my pets . David and his team are Amazing and the receptionists are so friendly and welcoming and I would give more ***** if possible 24/01/24, Great vets wouldn't go anywhere else for my Fur babies as they have taken care of all my pets over the last 30 years.
