Townsend Vets Practice has been brilliant for my reactive golden retriever. Really understanding towards his need not to see other dogs, facilitating end of session appointments etc. Joanna Longster has been amazing and the reception team are really accommodating and helpful with appointments, prescriptions etc. Go above and beyond. All in all we've had exceptional experiences with both Bromsgrove & Rubery branches. Brilliant care and excellent service.

It was hard to find as the receptionist at the Bromsgrove branch did not know where it was located is not like the Townshend Vets at Bromsgrove practice and there is little car park space to park the cars, on the whole it was clean and tidy also welcoming atmosphere. The receptionist was friendly with professional manner and the vet was excellent.

All the staff super friendly and really put the needs of my two cats first. I can always get an appointment that suits me and get advice over the phone if need. Would definitely recommend this veterinary practice.
