Thank you so much to the team here who took excellent care of my little boy. The sense of love for animals was palpable and the staff were very kind and informative.

Great vet service very professional they know what they’re doing. You can also see the empathy there for the ones passed on. I have four Cats from babies and I have learnt to grow with the cats and learn all the information that’s needed from the vets thank you Two by Two. Recommend for your loved ones.

Fantastic staff. Very friendly. Most definitely went above and beyond. After an unsatisfactory visit to another vet we brought our Rottweiler Bear to Two by two vets in Finchley who were absolutely brilliant from day one. They gave him absolutely 1st class treatment and were very reasonable with costs. All of the staff definitely and quickly fell into Bears heart. And Bear loves them all back. Bear loves going to Two by two vets and always leads the way into the premises with excitement even pushing the door open by himself. Bear is now a very happy Rottweiler again after having his procedure and post surgery treatment. Thank you to everyone at Two by two vets. They are a very good team and caring. But what upset me was being told £90 for blood tests over the phone only to be charged £252. What annoys me is not being told that more tests are needed and unfortunately the price will go up. It’s bad enough that we have a sick cat and worried about her only to be given a bill like that. You lot are good people but you need to communicate with the customers. The lady that I saw yesterday was very nice but telling me that there are 7 parameters out means nothing to me. Please try to explain properly. She had a very strong accent so I found it difficult to understand. I was given a price for bringing her in for three days so they can put her on a drip, but Fear that that price will more than double without even being told. You are a very good veterinary surgery, but I think transparency is Required

We’ve been bringing our dog to Two by Two for the past two years, and every vet we’ve seen has been kind, considerate, and genuinely caring. The reception team is always warm and understanding as well. We recently saw Dora, who offered us some really helpful behavioural advice. We truly appreciate the excellent care our dog receives here.

Wow what an amazing team - absolutely recommend this veterinary practice! I have to commend both the professional receptionist and compassionate vet! They went the extra mile at the weekend - I am truly grateful. They dealt with the cat in my care with utmost professionalism- and made sure the animal’s welfare came first. That is really all you want in a vet practice: friendly team with a very genuine passion for the welfare of animals that surpasses everything else. Chris, the wonderful vet at this place is the kindest, gentlest soul and is excellent at his job! He looked after our cat like his own and was able to form a bond with him over a very short time by his manner that mean’t we were totally sure that our cat was in the best hands when it came to the end. Chris gave my partner so much comfort. The best vet in the world! Chris was joined by Tammy (one of the nurses) at the end of life appointment and both were first class.

We are new patients of Two by Two and my lovely 12 year old dog was seen by Dr Chris. I was most impressed with his kindness, support and professional expertise. Dr Chris commented, 'don't worry, I'll look after you both'.
