Took great care of us on our first visit with our dog Louis. Received evaluation and care for a heart issue.

Very disappointing experience, seems like they prey on the emotions of the owners of the pets and as mentioned in other reviews, all they care about is money. They left my partner in a room with our dog while she was being sick for a long period of time, my parter was left to care for our dog and clean everything up….this was before charging just under £700.00! Surely a medically trained member of staff should have been present the whole time in the room incase there were any serious adverse effects or complications due to the medication they gave our dog. Then they charged an admin fee for our insurance company and gave my partner a leaflet so she can sort all of the claim our herself, which is completely backwards as with other vets we have paid an admin fee so they sort all of the claim out.

Absolutely fantastic. My 18 year old dog suffered a stroke late night/early morning. I rang emergency line, and was offered to take him there straight away. Due to it being 4.00am in the morning and my lack of sleep, I arranged 1st appointment at 9.30 am. The vet i saw was through and spent over an hour with us, gave my dog injections, pain killers and nourishment drink to rehydrate him. I was expecting the bill from hell ! But pleasantly surprised by the bill. I have been booked a check up on the Tuesday to see how he is doing. I thought they would advise me to put him to sleep, or keep him in for the whole weekend. But he was given injections and sent home with medication for the weekend to be at home with me. They could have taken him in, which would have made me have a large bill, but the vet said he would be better off at home where he knew his surroundings and owner with him. I'm glad to say he is now getting back on his feet slowly. I would highly recommend these vets, they are not a money grabbing vets, and only offer the best advice for your pet and you. Big thank you to you all, my Banksy is on the mend.

We had mixed experiences at Mill House Vets in King’s Lynn. The vets and nurses themselves have generally been good, and we never had concerns about their medical ability. Unfortunately, the overall experience has gone downhill. The practice increasingly feels like profit is being put ahead of patient care, which made us uncomfortable over time. On top of that, dealing with the administrative staff has been very frustrating — communication is poor, processes are inefficient, and interactions often feel unnecessarily difficult. Sadly, the situation went from bad to worse, and despite the quality of the vets and nurses, we ultimately decided to change practices.

The WORST vets I’ve ever been to or experienced. All they care about is £££. Their lack of care is shocking. My pet died throughout the night I notified then for a few hours later to receive an email saying I owe them £180 and to pay asap. No “sorry for your loss” or grace period. The actual vet visit was a disgrace. The vet did not care about my pet. They seemed like they just wanted to get us over and done with. My pet was clearly in agony and the vet didn’t have any urgency in regards to any pain meds. She gave us the meds then we had to give them to our pet on the waiting room!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS. money grabbing disgusting vets. They need to be closed. I was told to go through complaints procedure I did and all they said was their vet wasn’t in the wrong and the balance was due. No sort of resolution or even attempt at a resolution!! Just were in the right pay us!!! DISGUSTING
