Vet Christina was excellent throughout as is always for her standards in my experience. She is dedicated. She left no stone unturned&diagnosed Blue, (bully) correctly&as a result he is much much better. THANKYOU. She ran all the tests he needed&she is always careful to double DOUBLE check including all tests medication follow up cost &explains every single thing in careful detail. Cost is explained BUT "VETS NOW" talk £ as soon as you walk in the door whereas she is more interested in the care of the dog and explains costs as she goes. i saw VETS NOW firstly&they gave him pain med which Christina knew to stop as it actually aggravated his problem but they offered no scan no xray no bloods that is why i was relieved when Christina was on shift because she literally turned the dog straight around. The needed tests were the first thing she did&i believe had she had been the first person i saw with him she would have sorted him there&there. She is an absolute asset to that surgery. Has SUCH a pleasant approachable manner too&is real good with him&he can be difficult&mindful! She was absoultely brilliant with my Charms throughout too. Best vet around. I completely trust in her. The lad on reception, i don't know his name, is without fail ALWAYS pleasant welcoming efficient&is careful to listen.i like him.i like his attitude. He has strong work ethic. He is there for the practice. i thank you.

Took Jetta (Labrador) for annual vacinnations today Tom was just brilliant with her , she is a very nervous (fear based) reactive girl but Tom has got to know her over the years and quite frankly he knows how to handle her . Thankyou so very much

Today was my first visit to this vet, and they’ve been absolutely wonderful with me and my cat from the very beginning. I highly recommend them to anyone new to the area. They were very clear about the treatments, prices, and instructions to help my cat to recover. Considering to have a pet plan insurance - so I know my cat is in safe hands with them 24/7. Amazing staff.

First visit with new puppies and cannot speak highly enough of all of the staff who were so welcoming and helpful. David particularly provided great information and supper when my Cockapoo Lola recently gave birth to puppies. Big thank you .
