Never had a bad experience here :) Donna (the rabbit whisperer) is fantastic! I always make sure to book with Donna when my rabbits Rocky and Saber need anything and she’s so good with them!

Walked in Monday morning with my dog ..One of the receptionists looked up but not at me .i said my pets name..She didnt look over to see my dog NO SMILE.She said take a seat.. Vet called us in she was lovely and friendly..Checked my dog sorted the problem..Got my medication for my dog..I went out out to pay.....Waited at the desk for the receptionist to acknowledge me and still NO EYE CONTACT..Made a phone call and a cup of tea for herself..So i SAID DO YOU WANTMY MONEY OR NOT.Not even an APOLOGY I mean talk about customer service an absolute disgrace...

Nasty people do not care about your pets needs all they care about is making the most out of your pets needs and please people shop around there's better and cheaper vets out there that's what I did and I found much better and cheaper vet I mean nearly half the price of these people and they didn't like it and don't pay them up front for anything because they won't refund you and untrustworthy

So happy with the amazing service from my French Bulldogs first vet appointment! Anna was so attentive and kind to my dog as well as going above and beyond to give me as many tips and advice possible to keep my baby girl happy and healthy. Highly recommend this place!

This has to be the best vets I have ever been to, we moved to this practice just over a year ago after some awful treatment at our previous vets, our dog is now 7 years old and for the last year we have received the best service, care and attention needed. I always see familiar faces every time I visit, on my last 2 visits I was booked in with the same vet, they follow up the treatment plan and don’t pass you around to different people. All the staff are so friendly and have time to take care of your needs. The vets are professional and always happy to answer any questions you have. I can always get the appointment needed at a time convenient for me. The staff make the effort to know your personal needs and treat you as an individual rather than just a number. They take care and time when you’re there, always smiling and very welcoming. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone. 5*

Massive thanks to the staff at the Ellenbrook branch. They have been brilliant with my kitten, and are always very friendly and informative. The service and treatment has been impeccable. There's even a partition in waiting area so cats & dogs can stay separated. Pan thanks you for the cuddles, treats and playtime he's had both in the consultation room and on the front desk. He's settling in well, even with the dog!
