Only had 1 experience so far but what an experience. All the staff are super friendly and patient with you, all are more than happy to answer any questions and alleviate any worries. The nurses treat our kitten so well and were very gentle with her, she seemed really reassured and wasn't panicky. The surgery was more than affordable too. West Mount will now be our regular vets.

BEWARE!!! check what your paying for!!! £30 for wipes but my wife thought she was paying for the worm tablets and health check not knowing we get for free With healthy pet club!!! Ive complained and been given the run around, they basically said your wife should call to resolve it because she was at the appointment but she dosnt want the hassle!!

I have been with these vets for over 20 years now. They are friendly, professional and reasonable. They have been so lovely today, taking the teeth out of my collie. They explained everything that needed doing. Gave me full choice and freedom to choose. I found them so understanding - not only of the dogs but also my nerves. When I had to say goodbye to my 17 year old collie 5 years ago they were absolutely amazing. Kind and honouring of my dog and gave me all the time I needed to say goodbye. Thank you for all your hard work.

Great, knowledgeable people who care about animals. They have x-ray facilities and do some operations on site. Part of a local chain, with an animal hospital in Halifax for out-of-hours services. Offers a 'pet plan' for a direct debit of about £14/month, which includes all flea and worming treatments for the year, and also the annual vaccination. The practice was recommended to me by a friend, and I have recommended it to others.

A very caring, straight talking and professional practice ❤️ Have sorted my little fur babies out many a time and always will put their needs first, though will listen to my opinions and thoughts before carrying out any treatment. I highly value and recommend them to anyone 🙂
