If i could give zero stars I would. I took my cat for her anual vaccine a few weeks ago. I have never been so discusted at there treatment. I have had my cat years and know her very well and know if handled correctly she would be fine. My cat is very sensitive as she used to be stray. But she a sweetheart to me. I had been in and out of hospital for two months and my cat had unfortunately had to stay with friends, and family. She had been through a very unsettled and stressful time, as she is not great with other people. Her nails had grown quite long and and needed clipping. That beeing said. When I tried to get her out of her nails got cought and she became distressed. The vet could not get hold of her. So called for the vet tech. I have never seen a performance like it. Both vet and tech were scared and jumpy and could, would not get hold of her. Amazing since this is there job. They flatly refused to give her her vaccine. I was still very ill and needed to get her vaccinated in case anything happened to me. This was all very distressing to me and I tired to explain but they still refused. I refused to take her back there and took her to another another vet. Who took hold of her immediately by the scruff of the neck and vaccinated in seconds. Not scared in the slightest. What a performance by Ashfield. If I hadn't seen it i would not have believed it.

Amazing service. My cat recently had to have some dental surgery, and the entire team was incredible with him. The vet was caring and explained everything to me, and really wanted to do what was best for my pet. the nurses completing routine check-ups have been so helpful and reassuring, and the ladies on reception are so welcoming and knowledgable, explaining medication and going above and beyond to change appointments when needed. They also introduced me to the Healthy Pet Club to bring the bill down, which I am grateful for. Thank you so much!

I took in a little baby fox this morning, which we found in the car park at work. Rang ahead before taking the fox in to make sure it was okay to bring him. Unfortunately, little foxy didn't make it out of the vets on all four paws, but after speaking to the receptionist on the phone, Foxy had passed away feeling warm and loved. I am so grateful for the help ❤️

Took my German Shepherd in for a routine health check, had a warm welcome as soon as we arrived (even though I was late) the nurse was so patient and thorough with her checks also making notes on the system for the next check up I’ve left feeling informed and positive my dogs in the right hands with this veterinary centre Great people, Thank you
