All the staff at White Cross Vets in Guiseley are fantastic. Big shout out to Alex, who went above and beyond for our cat, Lem, in his final days ❤️ They always treat animals with the upmost respect and you can tell they're passionate about what they do. Highly recommend if you're in the area.

The team at White Cross are brilliant . Each time I have had to bring my dog in at short notice , they’ve been accommodating , super helpful and stopped me from worrying . Lucy the coordinator was great on my last visit as was the lovely vet who checked and treated our dog.

They handle animals with such compassion and patience, it is obvious they care which really makes a difference making owners feel at ease. First experience since moving into the area. Cannot fault the White Cross Veterinary surgery in Guiseley. From booking to appointment everything went smoothly. Everything was explained fully that was involved in the first check and get to know your pets. The vet we met was fantastic went through everything. Explaining everything fully. Giving all options available, breaking down all prices no hidden costs for potential future treatments. Discussed my insurance policy and how it would work in line with various treatments more than likely. He listened too to me about each of my individual dogs which was nice we weren’t rushed. The girls were at ease. They were treated with care. Reception staff were super helpful too. Fully explained all available health care plans. Have set in motion getting all the info my insurer requires. Probably the best vets we have been to in fairness.

White Cross Vets in Guiseley have treated my collie and two cats one a scared stray, on each visit all the staff have been so helpful kind and professional. I’ve visited many vet practices previously but this is by far the best.

Lovely White Cross Vets and far superior to our previous practice. Friendly staff, a nice practice and minimal wait times. Highly recommended

I can’t recommend the Guiseley practice highly enough - everyone is super friendly &. welcoming, and very supportive with any issue big or small. We moved here from our old practice which we became very unhappy with, and we are so glad we did!

We had Izzy our dog spayed here recently, she had her ten day check this Saturday morning and was signed off. It is the first time that we have used White Cross, after our regular Vet of forty years recently retired. White Cross will certainly be my place of choice in the future and I highly recommend them. From start to finish we received an impeccable professional and friendly service.

I’ve been meaning to write a review for a while now!! I honestly don’t know how else to describe White Cross Vets other than amazing. Each and every staff member wether that be Vets, Nurses or Receptionists, are absolutely brilliant. They all have such a kind and caring nature and it just makes the entire experience at WCV so lovley. You are always greeted with a smile, no matter how busy it can be sometimes. Skye has seen pretty much everyone who works at White Cross Vets I think🤣 and they have given her the most amazing, high standard of care every single visit. I literally couldn’t have asked for better people to take care of my little baby. Everyone truly has gone above and beyond to help Skye. When your pet is poorly, if you’re anything like me and they are your absolute world, then it’s just the hardest, most worrying thing ever. However, each an every staff member just have so much love to give to all the animals that enter their practice that it instantly reduces that fear and panic. They all absolutely love Skye and I love that they are so kind and gentle with her and that they never make you feel silly for asking lots of questions or for worrying. They are always so quick to get you an appointment and really do look after you and your pet. Skye has seen Rachel a lot recently and she really is lovley and thoroughly checks Skye, reassuring me in the process. She always looks after Skye and is so patient and caring with her. Skye absolutely LOVES Erena and I’m certain Skye has stolen a piece of her heart too🩷 I wouldn’t take Skye anywhere else. We appreciate you not giving up on her when she was really really poorly and for everything you have done and continue to do for us. You have been nothing but perfect.
