Took my 14yr old Spaniel to this vets and all they care about is money They put her on medicine for arthritis on the first visit A week later tried to get me to join a plan then said she needs a blood test This was Mon Was told would give me results the following day By Thurs 10am no call from them I rang 3 times each time telling me the vet would rg The 3rd time said he'd by 6pm Eventually 7.30 got a call to be told discontinue medication and now shes needing a monthly injection I did say I wasn't happy with the delay of him ringing me with the long awaited results His response was and I quote " I should have been out the door at 7 to be with my wife and daughter not sat talking to you" If you're thinking about going to this practice my advice is DONT I'm over £200 light and no further on with my beloved dog

Not very compitant took my dog 5 times for his nails and anal glands doing the last time he was supposed to have a sedation done, but they still didn't do it left me struggling to put the muzzle on on my own while the vet and nurse just watched me absolutely no patience what so ever!! And not to mention the vet as lied to me twice about things that I've asked him, took my boy to mearlys and absolutely no problem they put a muzzle on him and sedated him while he was lovely and calm and said he was such a lovely little boy.....what a difference definitely will not step foot in accrington vets 4pets again.

Lovely staff, they all love our animals as much as we do. Always so helpful and willing. Very happy. The vets is inside a pets at home store, its on the second level, so a lot of stairs, however there is a lift for those dogs & of course humans unable to use stairs.

The reception team are fantastic. Very helpful. Emma the vet, has looked after my old girl of 15 years, since moving back to the uk last year. Emma actually listens, understands and makes you feel like you trust her.
