See photo of my gorgeous girl Gracie attached. I would not trust the wellbeing of Gracie to anyone that I do not trust implicitly. I travel 20 miles to attend Acorn House Veterinary Hospital. The staff are very welcoming on reception, and the vets and nursing staff are just excellent. When you find a great veterinary practice it means a lot, so I will continue to use Acorn House even though there are other practices on my doorstep.

Absolutely wonderful vet's practice with a genuinely caring team. Special thanks must go to Remi who was so kind and compassionate when dealing with my beloved cat Ozzy. I couldn't have asked for a kinder person. No hesitation in recommending to everyone, and thanks again.

This is a genuine review of my experience of Acorn House veterinary hospital regarding the treatment of our cat Matilda. Matilda was continuously vomiting with bouts of diarrhoea and this went on for a few days so we decided it was time to go to the vet. The meet and greet was its normal friendly helpful self. The Reception is always well manned, the first vet that we saw was called Hayley she was courteous, polite, extremely knowledgeable and advised us of an accurate plan of assessment to get to the bottom of what was wrong with Matilda. She had a blood test and a scan and thankfully everything came back normal. Hayley and another vet called Maria kept us continually updated and fully versed of any developments. We collected the cat this evening from a veterinary nurse called Georgie. She was very informative and had a discharge letter waiting for us and went through it word for word so that we fully understood what had been carried out and what the findings were. An excellent practice offering fantastic service from your first encounter at reception to departure. Thank you very much to all concerned and the team behind the scenes. Best regards, Andrew and Dorota.

such a lovely practice, my guinea pig Russell (left) just underwent surgery here and i felt so involved and i knew exactly what was going to happen and risks. every member of staff has been lovely and they clearly care a lot about animals, my other guinea pig was very scared (he was there to make russell more comfortable) and they called me right away and voiced there concern not only making sure russell (left) was okay after his surgery but also rupert (right) was comfortable and happy. thanks so much!!!!
