  100% recommend for rabbits incredibly knowledgeable and experienced. Dental abscess removed successfully, Inigo was fantastic very patient, clear in his explanation of procedure, non judgemental. Super helpful even did a recording of the after care procedure as I nervous whether we were doing it correctly, very reassuring to have the footage to refer back to. Very good value for money nurse phone call the day after the procedure was invaluable, very helpful advice and very reassuring. Reception staff equally great, friendly and very understanding.

  A vets we will forever swear by!!! Myself and my partner have all 4 of our pets registered with Ark Veterinary practice. Having exotic pets can be so difficult for specialist care, as we had to learn the hard way with our previous pets. However, I can hand on heart say we have NEVER had a worry or a doubt with this vets. Brian is a CREDIT to this veterinary practice and deserves so much recognition for his evident care and endless knowledge on our exotic pets! He will always take time to explain how to improve housing, diet or general care - conversations myself and my partner look forward to due to Brian’s love of reptiles. Our bearded dragon may not be Brian’s biggest fan (nothing personal Brian x) but we definitely are!! We sing this vets praises to everyone we meet, and highly recommend any of our reptile/rodent keeping friends to register here!!! Our first encounter with Brian was a couple of years ago, when he cared for our senior male rat. He had been misdiagnosed and mistreated at another well known vets which did not disclose their lack of understanding for exotic rodents. Brian cared for our rat, Hermes, with so much care and respect - making sure he was comfortable in his final days, something which myself and my partner will forever be grateful to Brian for. Everyone at this surgery, from the amazing students (sorry I didn’t catch their names), to the welcoming receptionists, the caring nurses, and the amazing and knowledgable vets, are worth their weight in gold. Thank you for being everything we asked for and more as exotic pets owners! And thank you Brian for your book recommendation 😂

  Ark Vets have been incredible while caring for our beloved guinea pig Peach over the past few months. She became very unwell and it wasn’t clear what was going on. Throughout it all, Inigo showed genuine passion for animal care and welfare, and supported us as a family every step of the way. Inigo always explained every option clearly so we understood what was happening and felt involved in her care. They were flexible with appointments, especially when we needed to come in at short notice, and he helped build our confidence with giving medication at home. That support made such a difference. Our guinea pig is now fully recovered, and we truly believe this wouldn’t have happened without his knowledge, dedication and compassion. A special thank you to Inigo, we can’t thank you enough for everything you’ve done. From the moment you walk through the door, Yvonne’s warm welcome at the desk makes you feel instantly reassured and in good hands. We are so grateful for the outstanding care we received and couldn’t recommend Arch Vets more highly.

  Brought my blue tongue skink here a couple of months ago for stuck shed on his toe, the vet was absolutely amazing, very reassuring and saved his toe! Told me everything I'd need to know incase it happens again and made sure I left there 100% sorted. The receptionists were lovely too, very understanding when I was 10+ minutes late and got me straight in. Thank you so much to the whole team, exotic vets are hard to come by and I'm very grateful to have such a fantastic practice within driving distance

  Inigo has been absolutely incredible caring for my tortoise Jack over the last 9 months. We could easily have lost him on several occasions but thanks to Inigo's attentiveness and help he's doing well. I can't thank him enough for the time and effort he's put into both the veterinary care he's given and the education we've had to look after him better. It's very clear how much he loves his job and has been a pleasure learning from him - an unexpected silver lining to having had a very sick pet! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him and the wider team. Thank you - Jack is back to his usual, chaotic, inquisitive self🙏🏼🙏🏼
