Absolutely brilliant vets. Made myself and my dog Kevin feel at total ease. Great treatment, and their monthly pet care plan is exceptional. So glad their surgery opened right on my doorstep. Would 100% refer any one to this practice. Front desk staff were so friendly and helpful, unfortunately I don't remember their names. But exceptional service from both young ladies. Everything, exceptional service with front desk and the vet.

Recently moved my pets to ASL Vets in Billericay and I am so glad I did. The Vet Charlotte showed a lot of interest in my 2 dogs and 1 cat and took her time with all of them, especially Kimbra who was a little nervous to ensure she did not get too stressed. All my pets were given a full check empathetically. I was kept informed with everything the Vet was doing and the results from her checks. Charlotte was great and treated my pets with care, patience and empathy. It was easy to book and there was very minimal waiting time. Excellent.

David was fantastic today with Lola my pug. He was thorough, focused and really gave her a thorough physical check, I’ve never seen any vet care so much. Lola is nine years old and struggling a little with her hips, so to have David really exam her properly and give me very sound feedback and tips, really meant a lot to me Thankyou David Carolyn and Lola

I was really happy with the care provided to both my dog Ozzy and myself. Everyone was kind, understanding and took the time to listen properly. I felt supported rather than judged during a stressful time and the advice given was practical and reassuring. Ozzy was handled calmly and compassionately throughout. David who we saw was amazing, really kind & knowledgeable. The lovely lady on reception who I had a nice chat with whilst waiting for Ozzy's meds made the visit relaxed. The genuine care and personal touch that I’ve never experience at other practices confirmed to me that I’ve found a veterinary practice that I will stick with for life now and I can trust 100% will act in the best interests of all my pets. This is really important to me as I’m sure it will be for every pet owner. Ozzy was treated as an individual, not just another appointment and I really valued the kindness and compassion shown.

We weren’t happy with our previous vets and started looking for a good local alternative. After doing some research, we saw many recommendations for ASL - and now we completely understand why. They are fantastic: knowledgeable, affordable, and genuinely caring. We’ve had a few appointments so far, the most recent being the neutering of our two kitten boys. The procedure went smoothly, and the entire experience was stress-free. We especially appreciated the updates - they were thoughtful and very reassuring. We couldn’t recommend them highly enough. Thank you so much for the wonderful care you’ve given our boys.
