We have been using this vets for over 8 years now. We have always been so grateful for their help and advice over the years with our pets. We have had to leave our male kitten in today with them, they couldn’t do enough for us and very reassuring. Thank you all for your time and care over the years.

Disgraceful service. They get away with it as they’re the only vets in Southam and they know it. Bills upon bills just magically appear. Paying a plan per month doesn’t matter as they’ll still charge you on that even if you’re in limits. No communication what so ever randomly get told you owe this out of knowhere. I’m a fair man I pay everything I owe happy to pay for a service, never had any trouble anywhere with circumstances like this, but this is generally one of the worst services I’ve ever had anywhere, think carefully if you join these lot. I’ve spent well over a grand there in about 6 months of being registered. They done one good thing for our dog after ages and ages of trying to get to bottom of it with zero initiative from most of them ‘just keep note taking’ until we saw a head vet. Anyhow, they’re still trying to get more money even though we’ve left to join a different vet as we was unhappy with the service. Really really angry at how we’ve been treated. Sure they’ll gloss it over anyway

Can't rate Avonvale highly enough. They have always been brilliant with all my animals, and since having my American bully, they have been nothing short of amazing. Always make him welcome and treat him like a king. They are reasonably priced aswel, and let's face it every penny counts nowadays.

I cannot recommend Avonvale enough and wish we had moved our cat and dog earlier. All the staff are friendly and take the time to understand what you are looking for, as opposed to other practices we have dealt with previously. Hats off to all the girls at Avonvale for making us feel reassured that our pets are in amazing hands. Thank you!

Amazing service. Moved here 2 weeks ago and this practice was highly recommended by many in my local area. Taken my cat as she has skin allergies which flared up quite fast. The receptionist booked us in within 2 hours without question even tho we wasn't registered at that time. When we arrived we had big smiles from staff and a really nice welcome feeling to. The vet was amazing with my cat Bailey she has a heart murmur and can become very nervous and scared. But after just a few minutes the vet showed nothing but kindness and compassion towards her which calmed her down and made her feel safe and comfortable. I couldn't be more happy and thankful for the service they all gave. I would highly recommend this veterinary service to anyone. Thank you

Avonvale have been wonderful with my cats. Especially with one of my kittens who had been really unwell, nobody gave up. Despite the blood transfusions, the bone marrow biopsy and the medication she is now doing brilliant!!! Thank You
