Both of my cats have been seen by the team at this practice and I can not recommend enough! Elli and Niamh have looked after our cats as though they are their own and haven't hesitated to answer any of our questions. The ladies at the front desk are also always polite and helpful x

We would like to say a heartfelt thank you to forget me not for their fantastic service, we got to see Mario before his cremation and it made saying good bye a little bit easier, knowing they have taken such good care of him gave us piece of mind, Mario got brought home to us with compassion, care and pure empathy, thank you again for getting our beautiful blue boy back home to us where he belongs, you made such a hard time a lot easier for our family 💙

I couldn't recommend a better vet. We had an emergency with two of our dogs after a fight, and they were amazing. All of the staff are warm, welcoming, and extremely knowledgeable. Please don't hesitate to bring your loved pets here!

Lovely friendly staff who go above and beyond for your pets. They tried their hardest to calm our scared lurcher and have informed us about their friendly sessions to get a dog used to the place before a big procedure!

I've always had absolutely sterling service with Vets4Pets Bishop Auckland. I have 3 dogs, and all of their needs are expertly taken care of by the wonderful people here. I recently got a new puppy who came with some serious issues with his eye and his mouth. His eye had quite a large and deep ulcer. The vets took a look and told me the prognosis wasn't great, but they would do all they can. They sought a second opinion from an eye specialist, and promptly prescribed the recommended medication. I'm so pleased to say that we have managed to save his eye! There is some slight scarring, but he will live a perfectly normal life even with that. The vets, nurses, and even the receptionists seemed to really truly care about the wellbeing of my little puppy friend, Thor. I will never go to another vet as long as this one remains open. Please support this fantastic veterinarian surgery, they really are fabulous people. The prices are also VERY modest for the services they give. Thank you Vets4Pets! Of course, now I'm going to add a picture (or three) of my little wonky puppy 😍
