Waiting patiently for buddy's appointment, poor boy has some complexity with his routine operation being neutered. In safe hands here, so-far 🤞🙏 let the professionals do their job, life will be easier in a few days.

Had to register while in Norfolk because our dog had bad ear ,first visit we noticed was the floor in reception, it had dirty floor griden in dirt reception tattered, second visit the vet Mia chewed gum all the time she was talking to us ,which is totally rude and unacceptable not professional, reception ladies are lovely but unfortunately we won't be coming back

A really friendly, professional place. All the staff we met were kind and explained to us thoroughly the test results which we had gone for. We don’t live in Stalham but if we did, we would be so pleased to use this practice as our regular vets. Parking opposite and in the high street. Easy to find near the fish and chip shop.

Hilary is the best . She came to my place to see my old dog out at the end of her sat surgery last year and she recently shaved stitched up a bite with local anaesthetic ..after I'd been quoted a grand to do so the night before . she's a wonderful person and vet who restored my faith in humanity .. but I hope she gets good help soon as I think she's overworked . Thankyou also to Helen in reception. Just lovely all round . Ace place

Had to take my dog in as his legs had stopped working. The ladies at reception were lovely and one of them even happily helped me to bring him in as he couldn't walk. The vet had a lovely bed side manner and was very good. Unfortunately I had to make the difficult choice to have him put to sleep so he didn't suffer. Again they were absolutely lovely. The anesthetist came in and was also very kind. Thank you

From the off this vet practice was amazing. The ladies on the desk are kind, helpful and very understanding of how much we love our animals. After our Labrador was treated elsewhere and wasn't treated how he should have been, luckily we got him an appointment at broadlands, and ever since we have been travelling from Essex to Norfolk for our dog to be treated here. The vets in this practice will go all out and do everything possible to treat your pet with the kindness & love they deserve. they are gentle & calming as if they were their own and not just in it for the money & were honest throughout. I would highly recommend to anyone who wanted their pets completely looked & cared for. Thank you all for looking after buttons so well. Nicky x
