I was on holiday at Hemsby Beach, when my dog Penny couldn't walk on her right hind leg,l immediately looked for a vet to see what had happened,(she'd only been playing with my son in law,)I was really pleased to find there was a vet nearby,so I contacted the vet, filled any forms, answered all their questions and was sent an appointment for the next day, It wàs her knee that she'd straind and was inflamed, the vet gave her a good examination, and prescribed a anti inflammatory and pain killer combined, were home now and Penny is much better, I was really relieved I contacted Rollesby vets, and that I could do everything on-line, fantastic service, and very caring, Thank you all very much 🐶

Heartbreakingly I had my beloved mini dachshund Beryl euthanised at Caister Vets two weeks ago and must commend them on the quite superb way the team at Rollesby handled it. I have had many cats and dogs in my life and having them put to sleep has always been tragic but I have never experienced such a caring, compassionate and professionally process before. Beryl had suffered from a digestive disease for most of her life and was forced to only eat prescription very low fat food with no treats whatsoever so at a moment when she was feeling nervous and concerned in the surgery a nurse brought in a tube of liver paste and fed it to her. She licked it up with gusto and her little tail was wagging with delight. I can’t express just how grateful I am that her last moments were happy. This vet practice is far and above the best vets I have ever experienced and wish to give all the team a very big thank-you.

While on holiday in Winterton, one of our dogs became ill. We phoned the main practice in Caister and were given an appointment within a couple of hours at Rollesby. In the meantime, the practice contacted our vet in Hampshire to get her history. Our dog (Faith Angell) was seen on time, had a thorough examination, was diagnosed and was prescribed during the appointment and, compared to our vets at home, the visit was a third of the price we expected!!! All in all, brilliant service and we'd like to thank everyone involved in getting Faith seen and diagnosed, so quickly!

Great Vets with a spacious modern building. Very nice friendly staff that take a real interest in your pet. A large car park makes it easy to get your precious friend into the surgery easily. Well worth the trip to Rollesby.
