The vet I saw did not show my 12 year old German Shepherd the level of professional care and attention that I would have expected. I called to discuss my concerns and I was told that a Director would call me back yesterday. I have had no telephone call. The dog remains ill and I’m going to have to go to another vet in another town.

I had the pleasure of seeing Emmanuel today at the clinic! All I can say is he’s THE loveliest vet I’ve ever seen. So warm and friendly, and he took note of recent visits and asked questions in relation to them and also paid attention to them properly in the consultation noting things that other vets wouldn’t and was willing to do more than what we went there for! I was told with my girl before we would have to have the injection kennel cough because she was too difficult to do the nasal way, however Emmanuel did it in a flash, she didn’t even have time to register what was happening! 10/10! What a absolute gem of a vet you have!

Had to visit Cromer Vets recently with my aunt, who had made the necessary decision that her cat needed to be PTS. She got an appointment that day - important once you know it is time. Our lovely vet, Harriet, went through all the facts to make sure it was the right decision and was so kind and understanding, making sure everything was done for Tooty to make it a stressless time. For us, a difficult and emotional process was made more bearable. We took her home in a little cardboard coffin with her name, date and a heart, in which she was laid out beautifully. They followed up with a lovely card and forget-me-not seeds to sprinkle on her grave. Highly recommend.

Took my puppy for her spay op and honestly they couldn't have been nicer. After a bad experience with a previous vet, the staff here were all so friendly, polite, helpful and understanding. The reception team, nurse and the vet, all lovely. Totally recommend.

While on holiday our dog became ill. Without any recommendations we took a chance with this veterinary practice. The receptionist was friendly and helpful and gave us an appointment straightaway. By the time we reached the vets, 20 minutes, they had already liaised with our vets for our dogs records. Ollie was the vet we saw. He was very friendly, courteous, professional, thoroughly examined our dog and explained everything he was doing and why he was asking the questions. Would highly recommend this vets. Thank you Ollie 😊
