We had a same day appointment, and the Vet listened to our concerns and was very knowledgeable. She gave a thorough examination and recommended a treatment. After which our cat had a general check up. We are very pleased with our Vet’s kind attention, she asked questions and listened to our concerns.

Such great service for my Labradors routine annual check up. She was made to feel very comfortable and the fabulous staff even accommodated us when her silly owner took her to wrong clinic, thank you 🙏

I phoned Glaven in the morning of 31st March and was able to reschedule (my next week appointment) for the same day to see a nurse and have my dachshunds anal glands emptied. Very pleased with the service as was my dog.

Wonderful place, genuinely caring staff. Very grateful to them. Also my doggy was a bit sick and the staff kindly cleaned up without hesitation advising me not to worry. Very calm place despite having lots of customers. Highly recommended

Lovely vet service. We had a perfect storm of waiting for a travel visa and the 10 day window for pet fit to fly requirements happen at the same time and Glaven were the only area vets to accommodate us at very short notice. The staff were absolutely lovely. Everyone who came in with their pets were made welcome and seen quickly.

Fantatsic. Each and every visit. Thank you so much to L, C and S and the reception team for being so wonderful with Murphy. He strongly objects to his visit to the vets, clearly hates and is fearful of the experience. He had his routine vaccinations and I was advised of different routes to make future visits better for him and everyone involved. A wonderful veterinary practice, clearly wonderful staff and I happily and readily recommend to anyone with any pet (whether your pet enjoys a visit to the vets or not!)

10/10 for Glavin Vets. When my dog fell ill on our holiday, they were quick to act, requested her history from my home vets immediately, saw us within half an hour of calling them and provided treatment and great advice. Professional, compassionate and supportive. Just brilliant!

I was on holiday in Norfolk when my greyhound suffered a sudden acute relapse of his ongoing gastrointestinal issues. I was able to call this surgery at 8:30am on a Saturday morning and be seen by 9:30 having had my dogs previous history sent over to them they were able to easily dispense the required medication from my own vets treatment plans without any fuss/drama. The staff there were all so friendly and helpful, it took such a massive weight off my mind and my dog showers a vast improvement inside 24hrs meaning we could all relax and enjoy our time away.
