Thank you so much to Acle vets especially Serena who was kind, caring and explained everything to me at cinderellas appointment(unlike another vets who said he had only got 6 minutes to access her!) Cinders was straight away in the ambulance and operated on immediately I can’t thank them enough. She had an overnight stay in Gorleston vets, they too were lovely. On returning home she wasn’t eating or drinking so I took her back to Acle to see Tim yesterday who was also amazing, she has eaten a little just got to get her drinking. They also set me up with a payment plan, couldn’t be more grateful for the wonderful team at Acle vets.

I have been with this practice for over 7 years now, and I cannot speak highly enough of it. Over this time personnel has changed but the ethos has, in my experience, always been that of caring and compassion. My dog was taken ill earlier this week. I telephoned for a same day appointment and spoke to Leah. She was so kind, nothing was too much trouble for her. On arrival at the practice she ensured we were seen promptly. Amie triaged us and Anne examined my dog. Everyone was just brilliant; calm, thorough and made sure we understood what was happening. Head vet Tim, who we have known for a couple of years due on ongoing health issues with my dog, also had an input into his care and we returned the following day to see him. We were very impressed and grateful that the team had gone the extra mile with us. They were amazing and so kind and friendly. To be fair, I have always found this to be the case, but when you think you might have an emergency on your hands, it really makes a difference. Thank you so much.

We saw a different vet on each visit they were very good and informative, all the staff are lovely and helpful. Cannot recommend these vets any higher. Away on holiday they showed nothing but compassion for our 9 year old GSD and our family. They gave us very precious time with her, allowing our now adult children to say goodbye to our girl over video call - nothing was too much trouble. We will forever be eternally grateful to Anne and the fabulous team, the Walker family x

My husband and I were treated with great respect. We had to take our dear little cat PussPuss to the Anchorage vet because she had been missing for 4 days. The out come was not good, but no fault of the vets. They phoned us at home to tell us about all the damage that had been done to her so I had to tell them to put her to sleep. But they did say that we could go back and say our goodbye,s, which we did, they brought her out in a tiny blanket like a little baby and put her in my arms to kiss and cuddle her and talk to her then they injected her ON MY SAY SO and she died in my arms. They seemed as upset as me and my husband. So what else can I say. They were wonderful. Thank you Serena.❤ Maureen and Peter Salter. xxx

I chose to have my cat registered at this vets practice after my last practice had no time for the animals they saw, liked to just give out medication and send you on your way and give bad advice that resulted in the death of my young cat. My older cat had major surgery here and although the communication wasnt very good and the quote i got given in the morning while dropping her off for surgery was cheaper than what they wanted me to pay when i picked her up the same day, they honored the morning price and so they should of because how can they just increase the price the same day after giving you a quote? I was happy with the care so registered my new kitten here, she had her 1st injection and i paid for it, i then got told about the healthy pet club which i could pay monthy and i had until her 2nd injection to decide and would receive the money back that i had already paid. I took her for her 2nd injection today and get told its within 7 days and then someone else tells me its 2 weeks. At this point i think they just randomly pick out numbers and prices from their head when they dont actually know! Anyway kitten had her 2nd injection only to be told the sterile water solution that was used is out of date, not by a few days or weeks but by months! ( which is illegal ) It makes me wonder what else they are using thats out of date! They are contacting the manufacturers and ive been told to keep an eye on her. I cant fault the vet surgeons though and would give them all 5* especially Serena, she saved my old girls life and i cant thank her enough. They also have lots of time to talk you through everything and any worries you may have ( i have lots after losing my beautiful boy ). Im just not sure who to trust with my pets anymore
