My elderly Jack Russell developed a cough, she was thoroughly examined and we were reassured that there was no need for a scan to see if it was an obstruction as she didn't have a temperature and wasn't scratching her throad. Advice was that medication would help improve her symptoms within a few days. I am pleased to report that was three days ago and she has sprung back to life and playing with our other younger dog again albeit it still coughing but alot less frequently.

I have been with Clent hill vets Bromsgrove for over 10 years. Recently my mom was taken into intensive care and Into a coma where she is fighting for her life so I had to make the hardest decision to rehome my dog and cancel the pet plan. They have then harassed me via email for a cancellation payment when I explained my situation being off work due to being in the hospital every single day they replied with ‘can’t your family pay it’ how disgusting and inconsiderate can a human possibly be? All they care about is charging people extortionate prices and they don’t care about the pets or owners. I will never ever return to this vets. Absolutely disgusted with their behaviour.

Lucy, our chocolate lab, has been with Clent Hills since 2017 and she has had the very best care. Everyone is so welcoming, caring, friendly and they go above and beyond to help you. Lucy has had treatment for her hip on a monthly basis for years and during the last year we have been going through a T-Zone Lymphoma diagnosis with further skin issues from steroid use. The care that we have been shown has been so wonderful and has made a very difficult time a little bit easier knowing we have such an amazing team supporting Lucy. They also always help with insurance claims and any other admin bits. Honestly we wouldn’t go anywhere else and Lucy loves going to the vets!!

I just wanted to take a moment to say a big thank you to the Andre who examined Beau our Cockapoo yesterday. He was incredibly thorough, took the time to explain everything clearly, and were brilliant with Beau throughout the appointment. It really put our minds at ease, and it's reassuring to know he's in such good hands.

We have been attending the practice for many years with our Greyhound and have always found the staff to be warm, friendly and welcoming. We have always been Informed and felt our boy has been really looked after. There’s always lots of advice and treatment planning made, never straight to the big investigations. We always come away feeling like we’ve been listened to and our boy is receiving the best care. Cannot fault this practise with our personal experiences.
