Linda needs additional training on customer service, her knowledge on offers is limited and incorrect when asked if there was someone else to speak to she just put us on hold. Would avoid using them because of the miserable cow, I registered my fur babies a long time ago and was calling on behalf of a family member who is now going to move his pets too

My cat wasn’t registered with Vets for Pets but seen nevertheless on a Saturday when she came home limping. Very friendly secretaries and vet. Thank you.

The staff were incredibly friendly and efficient, and my kittens were successfully neutered there. Their wounds are healing well, and they did a fantastically clean and precise job.My kittens were calm, happy and received excellent care throughout their visit.

We used to love these vets but recently haven’t been happy with the service. There is zero consistency in what we’re told, from recommendations, to pricing, to the logistics (we have to outsource a scan to another vet which I am having to pay for even though it’s not my fault they don’t have the equipment). Was told they arranged it and did the transport, now that’s not the case. And all this is at a massive cost to me considering that a couple years ago a vet noticed tartar on the teeth but didn’t recommend any cleaning treatments just brushing at home. Well now that’s not covered by insurance because it’s a pre existing condition. Which didn’t tell us they could clean professionally. Now my cat is losing most of her teeth. We will be switching vets once all this is over.

Absolutely disgraceful service at Folkestone Branch. We attended to have our rescue Jack Russel immunised with her first jab as previously booked in following a vet check a couple of weeks before. This time we saw a different VET. A younger gentleman who checked our rescue dog again and this time claimed she had an ear infection and needed drops and antibiotics before they started the jab process. I explained that I found this hard to believe as she had been checked only 2 weeks prior and was absolutely fine in herself. Ended up costing £90 for drops. Took her to our local vets and advised no infection in her ears. These VETS are simply ripping people off… Warning do not use!!

I cannot more highly sing the praises of every member of staff, vets and nurses and reception staff alike, at this practice. Anthony, the vet that has been taking care of our two French Bulldogs, has been beyond exceptional. Complex surgeries and countless appointments, all carried out with such love, care, and attention. Anthony is so kind and gentle towards our girls, and takes as much time as needed to talk us through options and exactly what is going on. He has shown us x-rays, and even photos from during surgery to explain things better. The surgeries required of our dogs would usually have to be done at a specialist centre, but Anthony is highly skilled and trained enough to undertake these himself. I am so relieved, having rescued dogs with complex health needs, to have Anthony on our side. Plus, we are always welcomed by the staff, most of them know our girls now and always come and say hello and seem to really care about their progress. I'll be with this vets for our girls for as long as they live.
