We have used Vets4Pets ever since we had our beloved Nanya, and they have cared for her for the past 12 and a half years. The whole team has always been so compassionate, understanding, and supportive. Two weeks ago, we had to make the heartbreaking decision to say goodbye to our little lady. The team were incredibly kind and made such a difficult process as caring and peaceful as possible. They even sedated her gently in the car because she was always nervous about going into the vets, which meant so much to us. They also helped greatly with the final insurance claim during such an emotional time. We cannot thank the team enough for the care, kindness, and dignity they showed Nanya and our family over the years. Thank you so much.

Sadly, my cat had to undergo euthanasia yesterday which was the absolute last resort. The night prior to this, my cat, Summer, was uncomfortable, unable to eat, drink, or sleep; showing no signs of improvement and that's when we rushed to Pets At Home Fort Kinnaird in the afternoon. The veterinary nurse, Daniella, was absolutely fantastic with Summer and was so gentle. She extended a supportive hand to both myself and my Grandmother and went through the process with us. Summer was delicate, so Daniella was really careful with her and made her as comfortable as possible in my arms, and was so softly spoken with us as we were grieving the loss of what was not just a pet, but a fantastically loyal companion. Daniella being there made the experience a lot easier for us as we managed to see in Summers eyes that she was not scared or anxious, she knew that she was in good hands. I couldn't have wished for a more appropriate and better send-off. The standard of care that we have received at this Vets4Pets over the previous 11 years has been out of this world. If you're looking at registering your pet here, please do. They extend that care to absolutely every furry friend and their families. We thank you once again.

IF You care about animal do not go here they do not care about the animal health they only care about money and that it!!! Went in for a castration for our 9 month old kitten and after a week he started getting a uti peeing with blood so we went in we paid for all the medication and antibiotics and got his urine tested and were told they found a small amount of crystals nothing to worry about, the medicine worked a few days and then made him feel worse and worse he started to be lethargic and straining to pee and saw some blood so we called the vet to ask what is going on and if we need to come in for the check up was told it’s again nothing to worry about. To then have him getting worse toward to evening when the vet was closed and seeing more and more blood and more ill. This morning he was bleeding a lot had no energy to even walk or eat or have any water, I still gave him his medicine but he then proceeded to throw up with blood, we took him to the vet asap and while we were there we then got told he had a big amount of crystals and that his urine canal is completely blocked and even with treatment there a high chance that this could be coming back and making him in more and more pain, and even after talking with the vet which was pushing us for more and more treatment which she know wasn’t a 100% chance he would be fully healthy after we had to make the hard decision of letting his go in peace because we did not want to risk him passing while in pain. They lied about the amount of crystals till today when he was in a life threatening situation if they told us this sooner when he was still feeling okay we could of kept our sweet boy but they decided to lie and risk his life to make more money, absolute monsters
