We have always used this vets. Always friendly professional and attentive. We lost our beloved cat of 18 years this week which was sudden and incredibly tough and the team couldn't have been more professional and thoughtful with such a sensitive and delicate situation. I want to thank them all for all the care they gave to our cat leading up too and at the end of her life. They also did paw prints and fur in a jar and we received such a thoughtful sympathy card. They also advised us so well when she was having tummy problems and because of they expertise and changing her food we most definitely got another heslthy at least year and half with her. They are the best vets. Also affordable and make sure if you need a price before hand they give you one making things more manageable. They go through all options and explain things in depth with you. Giving you time to think and process. Picture of our very much loved and very looked after cat. 😻

Cannot recommend this practice enough! Just got out with our little lab Poppy and wanted to leave a review straight away. She had an accident whilst we were on holiday and the vets booked us in really quickly. The receptionists were super friendly and approachable and the advice we were given by Becky, our vet, was supportive and comforting and they treated our Poppy so well. I wish we lived closer so this could be our regular practice.

Absolutely love this vets, everyone is so friendly I have a laugh every time I go. They’re brilliant with my dog and two cats too. You can tell they genuinely love animals. Couldn’t recommend more!

I had a very upsetting experience at Vets4Pets Kendal when my cat underwent an extensive dental procedure. After the surgery, I noticed signs that something might not be right. However, when I raised my concerns on multiple occasions, I felt they were not adequately addressed. Unfortunately, my cat’s condition worsened, and I ended up needing to take them to an emergency vets, where he required further care. While I’m relieved that the emergency team was able to help, the situation could have been handled more smoothly if my initial concerns had been taken more seriously. It was a stressful experience for both me and my cat, and while I appreciate the efforts of the staff during the procedure itself, the post-operative care and communication left much to be desired.

A really brilliant practise with the kindest and most helpful people. Had a few emergency issues with my dogs and both times they have been nothing short of fantastic. They give a quote before so you're don't have a shock after, they keep in touch and their aftercare is spot on. Vet Connor in particular is very easy to talk to and explains everything in depth.
