The vets are very informative and knowledgeable on the down side their prescription charges are rediclious. I was going to be charged £120 for antibiotics but got them on line for less than a quarter of the price. I bought the prescription that cost over £21 that used to be £15 the year before. Can't wait till the government look at their pricing. I know that having a pet is a luxury but the pricing is rediclious and considering there is fee you are applying to see the dog my visit was over £200 if I bought all that was needed. Apart from the price of treatment the service is good

Vets are great! My only suggestion would be to send the receptionists on a customer care course. Animal health should always be the priority.

I now understand that Vets4Pets branches operate independently and may be short-staffed, but when I contacted this practice in an emergency, I was hoping for at least verbal guidance or triage. Instead, I was told they couldn’t help. Sadly, my dog has since passed, and the lack of support was devastating. Policies matter, but the basic duty of care to suffering animals should always come first, even minimal advice or reassurance can make a huge difference in an emergency.

Tanay had an op a few weeks ago. The care and love the staff gave him was second to none. Thank you. He's now on the mend.

Method of ordering regular medication is now much more improved. I get an email every three months asking me to confirm my address and I get them posted to me at no extra fee. Appreciate this a lot! Fine overall, prices on par with other local vets.

Fantastic vets! Took my boy to get neutered ready for the xl bully ban. Staff were amazing! Made both me and my boy feel comfortable and answered any questions about the procedure. The vet lily who did the operation was amazing and my boy has healed amazingly. Contacted me a couple days later to see how he was healing. Cannot recommend them enough. Thanks for everything. All the staff in the store were also amazing and came over to give my boy cuddles and attention.
